I placed an order 12 July 2020 and today, 29 July 2020, the items purchased arrived. My emails and 'phone calls asking for information regarding the order were not responded to in a timely fashion , if at all. The purchase is of a good quality and I am very satisfied with it - more attention to customer service would lead to more positive feedback.

What a wonderful place to come for a family outing or even just by yourself. It has to be one of the most relaxing and therapeutic activities to do. Lovely items to paint, the only problem is deciding which item to paint as there is so much choice. I went today with my cousins and Aunt and the lady working was so helpful, such a lovely young lady; clearly enjoys working here with a passion for what she does. I have been several times with my son and daughter and also friends another time. My husband tells me there are only so many jugs or vases you can have!!! I’m trying to prove him wrong but did a plate this time…..so many beautiful things. I’ll be back, maybe for one if your ladies nights with a bottle of bubbly! LOVE IT HERE!
