Absolutely terrible company. Have left my son without prescriptions, promised an email to his GP and have done neither despite taking payment. My son is desperate and no one replies to calls or emails. You do, however have staff to take payments and reply to reviews on here. You treat your patients appallingly and are taking advantage of vulnerable people in our experience.

I honestly can’t thank Diverse Diagnostics enough. My son was really struggling with school and general life and the 2-3 year wait for Cahms seemed impossible for him. Within a few months he was assessed and diagnosed ADHD and started medication. They really seemed to understand and the whole process was simple. He is now thriving and all our life’s are much easier. For us it was life changing.

I was delighted to speak to Dr Hugo de Waal for help with my ADHD and ASD assessment. Hugo was highly professional from start to finish (as were his admin team supporting him); and I am left feeling very happy and confident about my assessment and treatment plans.I also love the way they post all the materials to an online hub where you can easily access them rather than digging through past emails.

Ewura has been so kind and patient! I love having sessions with her, as she always listens and is ready to offer practical solutions.With her warming and trusting personality, she gained my trust from the very first time. She is an expert and goes above and beyond in order to provide the best therapy. She is a delight and I definitely recommend her.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Zuzana. I came to Zuzana because I was suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. I wasn’t sure about the online sessions at first, but from the first session Zuzana helped me feel at ease and comfortable, as I was really nervous. I’ve had a few sessions with Zuzana now and I can honestly say that Zuzana has changed my life. I feel less stressed and when the anxiety does kick I’m able to deal with it better. From our very first session with Elizabeth I knew that we had made the right decision in seeking help for our son. We found the sessions immensely useful straight away. It brought us together as a couple in how we deal with parenting issues that arise. We work together now rather than separately. I feel so much more confident in being able to tackle a behaviour issue that comes up and am no longer bribing our children in return for their good behaviour. The amount of playtime in our house has increased a great deal and this family time has really impacted the overall happiness in our home. I am now remembering to take things more in my stride and not get too het up by things that would usually bother me a lot.We found Elizabeth to be very supportive and understanding and also very open in terms of listening to what we were dealing with and then helping us to work out the solutions. The information and ideas from the sessions will hopefully hold us in good stead for years to come. I particularly found it reassuring to know that I would be catching up with Elizabeth regularly to iron out any stumbling blocks we came across. I am sure we will be coming back to Elizabeth again, when we hit the teenage years!!

I recently attended a video appointment for an adult ASD assessment with Dr Hollie Hearfield and I cannot recommend enough. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to whilst remaining professional. I was quite anxious going into the appointment as I didn’t really know what to expect however this anxiety was quickly eased. I felt completely heard, and nothing I said was dismissed. I was able to express any of my challenges and thoughts and I felt my voice was completely heard by Dr Hearfield. I would highly recommend Berkeley Psychiatrists to any interested party!

Unreliable, uncaring, late, greedy, unavailable, inflexible, uncompassionate.They are only after your money. Stay away at all costs.I have been a patient for a while, and payed thousands of pounds between assessments and appointments. Today, I had a busy day due to work and other commitments. I missed my appointment (£225 for 30 minutes!!!). The first missed appointment out of more than 20. They called me 4 hours after the time of the appointment to tell me that they were going to charge me the full price of the missed appointment. I was then told that I had to pay another £225 to reschedule the appointment. The first slot available was going to be 19 days later.To add insult to injury, they charged me a £75 admin fee to renew my prescription. This is on top of the cost of the medication, which is north of £100.I was willing to tolerate the many instances of unprofessionalism (i.e.: postponing my £700 assessment twice, delaying my treatment by 3 months), but this is just too much.This is simply shameful. I know they are running a business, but we are talking about people’s health here.I suggest you think twice before entrusting your health to these people.

Do not ever consider using these people. They are rude, expensive, and the practice exists solely to take your money from you. If you have a problem with their service and require a reimbursement they will delay and prevaricate as long as possible. They even put the phone down on me !!!
