Excellent store. My girlfriend purchased two beautifully hooped & classy dresses. Excellent price at under £30 per item. Material lovely.

I felt unwell whilst in store today. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and came over dizzy and felt faint. The staff were excellent, the lady serving us immediately got me some water and a chair and then asked the first aiders to come and see me. The first aid ladies were so lovely and caring. Such nice staff members. Thank you for you help.

Great place Costa upstairs, toilet upstairs, lift for us with access problems and the staff in Next are fantastic at helping as I am on crutches, they helped with the basket and the lift they were great.

Rude. Went in with little one to get some wellington boots made my selection and went to pay however both members of staff were not at the till so I waited and got my card out ready only for one lady to come back but completely ignore my existence and serve another lady fair enough she was helping her choose a coat but then second lady comes along and just starts serving the person behind me both of them ignored me if they had said hello I'll be with you shortly fine but no nothing so I left will not be going back it seems they are more interested in serving in the order of how much your purchase is going to cost over priced stuff anyway have found nicer and better priced on Amazon and in charity shops.

Dismal Diffuser Display!!Wanted to buy a Next New York Diffuser as a gift for a friend. I checked online and it stated there was plenty in stock. I got to to the store in Houndshill in Blackpool, and found the display at the rear of the store. It was the most miserable, neglected diffuser display I have ever seen in any store. Every single New York diffuser scent sample bottle on the top shelf was bone dry and had been for some time - judging by the state of the manky reeds. How can a customer select a suitable diffuser scent, when the display sample bottles contain no scent, and look very manky. Not an assistant to be seen anywhere - not impressed at all. If you are looking for Next Furniture - please note this shop contains or displays absloutley ZERO next furniture.

UPDATE- The self check out tills do not support people returning items. The majority of people in the queue were returning not buying. Therefore more people on the tills needed.The 2 stars were for the ladies on the till. If the manager was the person by the self check outs then more training is needed as she was extremely rude with no patience. The queue was stupidly long for 1 person on the till and a lady in the queue had to ask if they had any more members of staff. The lady who came onto the tills, think they said Mand was fab, really efficient with lovely customer service.

At a very important time in a parents life, not answering calls, has to be the most unprofessional thing you can do as a company. If you are stating that you can only purchase certain items from you, then you need to offer them instead of ignoring calls and put an option on your website to purchase these. I have been calling for the best part 2 weeks, then to drive down to be told I need call to make an appointment. Don't contradict. Sending my child to school with still COMPULSORY items outstanding is not only embarrassing for the child, but looks like as parents, we are incompetent. Please sort your customer services out. You are not servicing any customers, you are creating more unnecessary stress. I understand its a very busy time, so surly, maximise your revenue, by hiring a receptionist.

Didn't buy shoes but purchased socks. Staff was very helpful

Fairly small stall in the market, but the prices seemed quite reasonable.

Matalan in Leeds city centre has a good variety of cloths. This store has two floors where you can find not only men's, women's and kid's clothing but house hold products as well. The only downside is that it is self check out, which is on the lower floor. So if you do the shopping on the top floor you have to take it down to check out. And some of the staff are impolite. When asked about where to make the payment the answer from the girl I spoke to was only one word 'downstairs'.
