Chinese tea house

I’m sad to give a poor rating to what I expected to be a sweet neighbourhood Cantonese restaurant.The food was ok, but for the price was very small portions and only fair quality. 1/2 crispy duck was quite dry and had almost no meat. Pancakes were raw and cold, not warm at all. Special rice had maybe a few shrimps and no vegi with a couple of pieces of dry chicken, was not special and double the price of egg fried rice. We saw a staff member arrive with boxes of frozen food from the shops and heard the “ding” of a microwave several times. Not confident that the food is made fresh.They are in construction so be careful when heading downstairs to the loo. You’ll have to navigate a cluttered narrow hallway filled with debris and building material.I’m optimistic that this critique will hopefully encourage this cute neighbourhood restaurant to make some much needed improvements.

Too long wait for take out drinks (30 minutes) delivery services seem prioritised

Called here Saturday morning for a bite to eat based on the Google reviews, Google navigation actually took us to the rear of the building where there wasn't any access. Access is actually from the front street up a flight of stairs, no disabled access.Dog friendly.The young lady who served us was friendly, polite and most efficient, even delivering a bowl of water for our dog.The coffee / cappuccino was very good indeed.The breakfast 3 egg cheese omelette was substantial and accompanied with sausage, tomato, beans, hash brown and a slice of bacon, the bacon was not to my taste, it tasted off, everything else was quality and worth the money.

Grandad is happy with his carer and our family feel relieved that his care and needs are being met, especially his preference for cultural food.

Had the full breakfast. Very nice, non-greasy and well priced. Tea or coffee isn't included in the breakfast though.

Decent food, large portions especially of the rice and noodles.It's pretty standard stuff, but the food we had was varied and tasty.

Nice takeaway, food always seems fresh, crispy. Good portion sizes also.Chicken balls all chick's with right amount of batter compared to other shops all batter and no Chicken.Every time I go hear is the same, good clean food, inside has a eating space if yiu want to sit in or takeawayStaff are awesome also, very friendly

A wonderful little coffee and food shop in Bearwood. Annie and Victor were so friendly and welcoming.... The dim sum was amazing... Hand made and freshly cooked. Really great selection of teas available. Cosy and comfortable seating... Absolutely lovely place

Not friendly and the drink itself is not worth. Menu now change and mine is £5.

Good bubble tea but the worst service , I was choosing my order and the server was there with a low attitude and kept saying “choose sugar and ice” when I was still deciding . He then told me to pay but the card reader wasn’t in reach of me and he didn’t even pick it up to make it more accessible.
