Wonderful little bar in Datchet. Dom and his team are always attentive and accommodating.Best pizza and pasta in Windsor and Maidenhead.Cocktails are generous and scrummy.Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

The Sunday Roast was delicious. We sat on the terrace and the service was brilliant - cocktails were great and the restaurant is dog friendly which is always a great bonus! Can’t recommend this place enough!

We went for a festive Christmas meal but we were a bit disappointed as the meals were not festive at all.For starters, I had liver parfait, which was delicious, but it was served with called toast.We tried to get the waiter's attention for half an hour, and asked them twice to bring the bill, waiting in total for around 1h30min for the bill to come.The location wasn't festive at all and it was extremely cold. They had heaters but it wasn't covering the entire area of the table. We had to turn on the heaters, I was expecting them to have the area warmed up before we got there.

Sadly we didn't have a good experience at this restaurant which is a shame as we've previously really enjoyed The Botanist in other cities.Firstly the service was pretty slow and it even took probably 20 minutes to get drinks (just soda) that we had to ask for multiple times.Secondly, my husband's food was undercooked (lamb hanging kebab). They did bring a replacement when asked but the second was also a little undercooked and they didn't really check back on us to make sure it was ok.Thirdly, the cookie dough I ordered was more like a cake and so I barely had any of it as it wasn't at all what I was expecting.Lastly, the women's bathrooms really needed looking after, two of the stalls were out of order, a further didn't lock and then in the one I was able to use, the toilet wasn't secured to the floor.

Really cool atmosphere and pub with a lot of potential. The location really is magical and such an inspiring idea that beats the characterless chains that are so frequent. The barman was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were quite a few empty spaces on the drink shelves and some gins that we asked for were not available. I think with a decent upgrade of stock (hopefully soon) this would be a 5* place to enjoy a drink in Newcastle.

Monday evening walk round, not every pub you walk into has an old piano turned into a vinyl deck!!Great place to meet up.

As a fan of spicy and Caribbean food I really enjoyed Turtle Bay! The service was very friendly and welcoming and service was prompt. I opted for the jerk salmon which was very good and a decent portion size - we ordered the 2 for 1 cocktails which to me didn't taste like they had any alcohol in but were refreshing all the same. Lots more I'd like to try from the menu!

Great setting, food was lovely (for the 4 of us with bogof cocktails), as were the 2 Brazilian samba dancers, music perfect just a bit load that you may have to shout out your order. Will revisit again

Can't comment on the venue this time as my brother and myself were not allowed in due to not being students, even though others were without having to show proof of being students. I really cannot understand why the bouncer would lie, could have just said not tonight lads. When I questioned this then he pushed me on the chest twice but didn't like them being blocked by my hand. So then another bouncer came walking up and said he'd love me to have a go at him!!! How bizarre, I thought they were there for safety! Totally disgusting behaviour. I hope they end up losing their jobs because they don't deserve to wear the badge!!!
