My Daughter left a high achieving school to start here in year 10 as she was struggling with severe social anxiety and was miserable at her old school. Whenever I ask her do you think we made the right decision changing schools she overwhelmingly agrees that we did.She still suffers from severe social anxiety but the school are very supportive. The more relaxed uniform and ability to be themselves with colourful hair and nail paint helps them to feel more at ease.I would recommend this school to anyone who has a child who needs a change or is unhappy in their current situation. Results aren’t everything and I’m pretty sure my daughter will do just fine in her GCSE’s at UTC Media City as the teaching staff are great.

Excellent service! After been let down by another school where I felt twice at Nds I've got the training necessary to pass first time with them! They are very professional and they care about you, they train you properly they don't just take your money like many others .I've done my cat C retest with Nds and in 6 hours I've learnt more than in 4 days at the other school. Will be back for cpc module 4 and class 1 soon. Many thanks for Allen and Dave!Gyula

Northcoders
I couldn't recommend Northcoders more highly. The bootcamp gave me skills, experience, and built my confidence to attain a great position. I'm doubtful whether I ever learned more in thirteen weeks. At the time I took the bootcamp, it was available under the DfE Skills for Life scheme, so it was available at no cost to myself and with no strings attached -- this is a fantastic and uncommon opportunity. Doing a software bootcamp is one of the main routes into software engineering, the other being a computer science degree. Northcoders is also one of the best-established bootcamps in the UK, to my understanding. You could teach yourself the same things online, but the bootcamp adds a lot of value because you follow the Northcoders curriculum, do a real team project, network with other skilled engineers, and pair-program, which means you learn to communicate clearly about code. My peers were talented, courteous, enthusiastic, and invariably had interesting careers before joining Northcoders. If you already have a STEM degree / programming experience, the bootcamp can put you in a very good position, because you will already have foundational skills and concepts. If you're new to programming it's going to be harder, because the intensity ramps up and you need the right mindset gained through experience to direct your own learning and solve your own problems. Concepts in programming need time to settle in, and the 13 weeks are fast, intense if you're going to be seeing everything for the first time.If you have the luxury of time, Harvard CS50x would be an excellent (and certainly not minimal) free online preparatory course. If you do the data engineering (new option) or DevOps / Cloud engineering" (even newer) course

Northcoders
I strongly believe that self-confidence is a crucial prerequisite for embarking on a programming journey. Unfortunately, many students encounter a significant obstacle in the form of self-doubt. This is precisely why I wholeheartedly recommend Northcoders—a remarkable team of knowledgeable professionals who possess a genuine passion for teaching and nurturing their students' confidence. From the moment you step into Northcoders, you will be greeted by a welcoming and warm atmosphere created by their friendly staff. Their approachable nature instantly instills a sense of trust, reassuring you that you have found the perfect place to begin your programming adventure.I have only one piece of advice: place your trust in the expertise and experience of the Northcoders team, and they will undoubtedly guide you towards success. With their guidance, you can rest assured that you are on the right path to acquiring the essential skills you need.

Nottinghamshire Driving School
Fantastic service from Kayleigh McClean to book the test and fit my partner in, she was very detailed and communication was great. After the initial assessment we were told my partner wouldn't need many lesson saving us a fortune when most other driving schools will make you pay upfront for a block of lessons. This saved us so much money on his B+E test and he passed first time. All the staff are very professional and friendly. I will certainly be coming back to do mine in the spring! Thank you NDS, highly recommended to all my friends

Trade Skills 4U
The course has been delivered well and the tutors are great considering the relative progression of the courses learning materials. However, in the wake of the coronavirus they have been nothing short of abyssmal. I haven't heard from them regarding finishing my course since their reopening. Although, they are continuing to take on bookings and fill out their weekly calendar without any thought for their current pupils. I have tried contacting them multiple times to either reach an answer phone or to be told the person who is dealing with us ' is busy on any other line'. This have become a familiar thing to hear as they never call back, never update me and when I ring back, once again I'm again told the same thing, they are on another line. I most certainly will not be going back for any further courses through this provider as they show complete, blatent disregard for their current pupils and quite clearly are more happy leaving us all in limbo whilst continuing to line their pockets with new students.

A really relaxed training environment. Nice to be around. Eric, the tutor on the 2391-52, was knowledgeable and supportive and generally a sound guy.
