Bought two 'As New' containers from Billie Box. Service was great all round from quotation to delivery. The containers arrived within a week of order in perfect condition. Very pleased! Thank you very much to Jane and the team.

Clean, tidy containers and easy access 24/7. I rented 6 containers for 4 months through winter and needed regular access. The site has mobile phone gate control, direct access to each container, absolutely no water ingress despite heavy rains... perfect ! Thanks for a great service, regards Steven.

Have used in the past and will again. They were able to arrange delivery of two containers locally in less than 24 hrs. Price was about 10% cheaper than what I had been paying to Elliot's. Highly recommend if your after polite, efficient and competitive service.

Worst company ever to deal With, i bought some products of them, firstly they send me wrong products, and poor quality. When I place an order i spoke to Andy and when products arrived I tried to sort things with them but they kept saying Andy has gone on holiday, and put me through to a girl called Diana, she was very rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't advise any1 to but anything from them if so get them to sign what exactly they going to provide and make sure you check the products.

Having never had the need to use a storage unit before I had my reservations how secure and safe my belongings would be. The moment I contacted self storage hire my mind was put at rest they could not have been more accommodating and providing advice of what size storage unit I require. Every call I made was always answered and every email was responded to within hours. The site was clean, secure and with easy access. We found it was excellent value for money and most definitely worth its 5 star review. In a day and age where customer service seems to have been forgotten it certainly has not been at self storage.Would highly recommend to friends and family.
