Avoid at all costs especially Craig. A straightforward purchase no chain became a nightmare lasting 6 months and I nearly pulled out of the purchase due to the issues with this firm. Solicitor is very rude and unhelpful to agents and other solicitors, has limited conveyancing knowledge, made many mistakes, wrong price on contract no names etc etc. Solicitor will not take calls and is always busy, receptionists are unhelpful. The whole situation became stressful and very frustrating due to this firm. He should stick to sports law.

Incredibly efficient and organised, Sam Austin and Lisa Taylor had everything sorted well in advance which really gave us peace of mind. Sometimes a little difficult to get through to on the phone because they are so busy, but the app is excellent and they always respond by email. We had a difficult and protracted purchase but BLJ always gave us confidence that they were working hard to complete. Lisa was particularly supportive at the end! I have recommended to all my friends who have all also been very happy with their work.
