I was really pleased with the replacement handle and ferrule for my antique wedding cake knife. I can now enjoy its use and maybe my children will enjoy using it too... starting with a tea party tomorrow.

Bought a beautiful knife set here. The staff are very well trained and provide excellent customer service. They offer a great sharpening service at a good rate too. Will definitely be going again!

Gary was not fazed by my motley collection of blunt tools and knives. Did a super job of bringing them all back to life - as sharp as new. Clearly has a passion for doing a proper job. A million miles from those door to door sharpeners!

Purchased an item from their website ,the payment was received and accepted and an invoice number given and then for no apparent reason my payment was refunded so I emailed the company to see was there a problem but they did not have the courtesy to reply, I then checked my paypal account again and noticed a very insignificant note from the seller telling me that the item was sold although it is still listed as for sale on their website, I therefore do not recommend this company as they seem to be untrustworthy and unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills.

Always friendly and helpful staffs, wonderful huge bargains on one of the best quality silverware. During the lock down check the opening time, I think they open on Mon, Tue and Friday. You can place order via phone. Highly recommend.

I ordered lots of plates, mugs and bowls, and treated myself to a set of wine glasses when we moved house. I adore them all, the designs are gorgeous, and they all look good as new after lots of use. Customer service is excellent too - one item arrived broken (it was excellently wrapped but the box had evidently been roughly handled in transit) and it was replaced immediately. I’ll definitely be buying more.

Awful service. Had to phone up 3 times to chase up an order before i got a reply. Having received the items we noticed that a batch of products was missing despite the invoice saying it was included. Having called again they stated we signed for the package so therefore confirmed it contained all goods. I'm pretty sure that's not the reason you sign for packages.... its to confirm receipt of the package.
