Delivery Chinese restaurant

Food arrived cold and staleWe ordered crispy duck and the pancakes that came was stale. They was crunchy and not acceptable.We ordered chow mein and rice both came cold and the prawns was ice cold.This was not acceptable at all and a very disappointing experience

Took over two hours to deliver, chips were cold and had been reheated before delivery, curry was bland, no flavour, used to be a very good curry house, gone right down hill unfortunately now though

It's 21/10/22 I've placed order here before with no issues so ordered a delivery today but it was tasteless after a very its not our fault conversation on the phone "I had to drive down to return the whole food as I wasn't putting my money in the bin!!!!Shame but that's my last order from this place!"

I asked for “pho” but I don’t think I have eating that, the soup was supposed to come with herbs(coriander, been sprout, chilli) and when I asked for this and fish sauce, I received some green leaves (no coriander) and iceberg lettuce, they didn’t have fish sauce. The soup stock was no bad but definitely no pho. I also asked for bubble tea, this was disgusting, I asked them to make it with little to no sugar and guess what I got a sugary water with some bubbles and no tea flavour whatsoever, I asked the waitress to add more tea flavour because it taste like sugar only but she said no, the tea was already made and sealed. She told me next time ask for stronger tea but there won’t be next time

Ordered sweet and sour king prawns Cantonese style, rice and chips. The meal was mediocre to say the least and not the usual standard of this takeaway. The meal arrived luke warm and the sweet and sour sauce had conjeeled so I don't know how long it had been in the container waiting to be delivered to me. Can't say i enjoyed the meal and at £14.60, it certainly wasn't value for money, or worth the price paid. Will consider ordering elsewhere in future.

Food nice could do with a bit of a facelift don't really go there a lot now since I seen the young chef drop something on the floor and pick it back up again and put it on the chopping board without washing his hands

It is very decent and good restaurant I definitely recommend it great customer service and excellent food is definitely worth the money

We were recommended this restaurant by our uber driver and it was fantastic! Cant wait to come back! Absolutely delicious! Service was very patient with us and really helpful.

The food is tasty and very reasonably priced, best prawn toast I have had in a long time. It was just not hot enough. The restaurants decor is a little tired and could do with a refresh, especially the stair carpet. But overall great value for money.

If you have some money to spare and can't be bothered to bend down and put in the drain. Get a Chinese meal from new red cap, it's so much easier and more fun to put straight in wheelie bin. Absolutely horrendous would advice to stay away.
