Door warehouse

I placed an order on Nov 16th for 3 pocket doors. Over the last 2 weeks the company have been uncontactable, leaving us with 3 openings that have been built out specifically for the system they supply, they took a £2000 deposit and now we have no doors and cannot contact them!!! I have just seen another comment below and the 'owner responded 2 days ago!!! Why can i not contact you!?

We had all our windows replaced. Great windows, exactly what we wanted. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up after themselves too. We would recommend this company to everyone. Really impressive work ethic

Service from James at The Window Outlet started off very good at the beginning of our project earlier this year (2017) however once James left it became very difficult to speak to or get email responses from Clive or anyone connected with the Company. We have a long list of snags which we’ve tried numerous times to get resolved without success. We even asked them to quote for further Reynear doors for our project but after giving us a price we could not make contact with anyone. This company do NOT understand Customer service and appear unable to use a telephone or email. It is basic courtesy to reply to telephone calls and emails, something this company does not have. Communication, quality, excellent service, high standards, reliability do NOT appear to be core values of the Company. Very very disappointed with the whole experience.

Great choice of doors. This is the second door I have had from ‘We do doors’ after being so pleased with my composite front door. My back door is from their upvc range and has made such a difference - updating the style of my house instantaneously! Thank you to Nathan the fitter who was great- so efficient, polite, friendly and extremely tidy! Definitely recommend them as a company if you are looking for a new door.

I had a really good experience here. I was dealt with Sarah and she was very helpful in creating the quote I needed. This was my second visit to a Todd's door (first being in Northolt), so I knew what I wanted but she gave me all the information I needed and was knowledgeable with the questions asked. A tidy, clean store and I will deffo recommend checking out.For the quality, I think it would be worth considering the price. It seems on the higher side but think about convenience and service.
