Selective Eating
Anthony has completely changed my life!For about 15 years or so I have been very restricted on what I could eat due to ARFID. After just 1 session with Anthony he has cured my disorder and I am able to try anything that is put in front of me. I have found so many new things that I love already and cannot thank him enough.

Pandora is an amazing woman! She is kind, calm, honest and incredibly easy to talk to. She gives really sound advice on a range of topics and we even touched on things that I didn't expect us to discuss. She has helped me feel very grounded and I would recommend her to anyone who is feeling out of touch with themselves. I feel very lucky to have found her and I will definitely book onto one of her future courses if I need a mind-body boost!

As someone who had never done Pilates before I have found Emily's beginners class enjoyable. She is attentive to detail so that you are not at risk of injury and offers options to increase or lessen the exercise.
