Fantastic service - had issues with my generator, Took it over to Tam and he sorted it within half an hour even working past closing time. Highly recommend

I have purchased on two occasions. On both occasions delivery was delayed.2nd occasion there site did not process order delaying by two days and then when i re ordered item came late again and missing wheels. still waiting on replacement.

Gary came out to do a 1000 hour service on a JCB Telehandler, very diligent, a credit to the company

Came across a problem when attempting to service my Champion 82001i Generator which I purchased from Generators Direct.I could not get the spark plug out, even though I had the correct size socket.The team there were extremely hopeful in getting me to the right resolution at a sensible cost, which was to purchase a plumbers socket set – it’s the only socket which is thin enough to get past all the safety shroud on the and around the spark plug.The alternative would have been to arrange for it to be sent in, which would have most likely have been very costly, and waste of time since the solution was a simple one.

One of their vans forced me off the road, contacted their office, unhelpful, and rude despite being shown the video evidence of their driver on the wrong side. Matter now with insurers and the police.
