Awfull!! Seller agreed refund with me for faulty item. I posted item back and refund has never been processed. I had to ask paypal for my money backUpdatedPaypal has decided case in sellers's favour because seller provided different adress of return in paypal case to the adress provided to me on messenger. According to paypal case has been closed in seller's favour automaticly for that reason... Furthemore this address has been provided to paypal after I had already shipped the item, as instructed by seller. This has been clarified with paypal support and case has been decieided in my favour in the end. There was no broken parts but there was missing parts which I did point out to the seller when contacted their support as well. Defienietely would not use coolcomponents again.

5-star service from a family business.I've been looking for a good deal on a Mini 3 Pro RC with Fly More kit and I found the Drone Safe Store on Google, with an unbeatable deal.I called up and spoke to Tom who answered all the silly questions I had and put together an amazing deal for me including VIP membership and 2 years of insurance cover.The drone was with me the next day (I paid a tenner extra for this as it was a bank holiday weekend) and they'd even included extras like a screen protector for the RC, a neck strap for the RC, some Haribo and a little plane, much to the delight of my kids.This was on top of the hard case and micro SD card they included in the deal and a really pleasant surprise.The kit was extremely well packaged and you can see how much care, effort and attention to detail goes into everything they do.After speaking to Tom, I found out they were a family business and DJI affiliate who do an awful lot of work outside of selling drones to support the drone community.I cannot believe the quality of service that Drone Safe provide. I'm a VERY happy customer who will be returning time and again... I've already happily recommended them to a number of people who are interested in getting a drone and would rate my experience with Drone Safe as 6 star if I could.Thank you so much!

Sam from DBZ Electronics came up to our place to fixed our LG C1 TV power issue today. Sam was very professional and good at attentive to details. Unlike some technicians just kept telling us to replace the boards inside which cost time and money with no guarantee fixing the problems, Sam was patiently isolating problems one by one and finally got it right by fixing some dry joints without the needs of replacing any boards. Happy to recommend Sam and his company to anyone having TV problems.
