Seven weeks on and a lift servicing 40 flats in west London still not repaired. Paying service fees for over 20 years and still no resolution. Sending out engineers who aren't qualified to fix the lift, slow response, leaving elderly and disabled in the lurch. Very very poor. I do not recommend this company. Poor management and disorganised to say the least.Building name is Mercury House. I don't know the service contract number. The management agents have been in contact with your office almost everyday.

One of the best lift companies around, engineers are very professional and are willing to go and above and beyond, my only issue is the call center staff who basically are thick and have no clue what there doing , I feel the company needs to get a grip on this. Otherwise all good

I rented a stair lift from these guys over a the two week Christmas Period to make it possible for my husbands elderly Nan to spend the holidays with us.Gary was helpful, professional and friendly. There was no damage to my stairs (which I was concerned about) and the price was very reasonable (much less that I was anticipating actually). It turned out to be Nan's last Christmas so we are so happy that she was able to spend it with the whole family. Very minimal hassle and disruption. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Gary and Only Lifts to anybody who needs a stairlift (Rental or otherwise).Thank you for giving us a Christmas to remember Gary and Team!

Stannah service completed this morning by very experienced engineer & apprentice. Service was superb as I have found when I have experienced a difficulty. So glad that I bought from Stannah earlier this year.
