I can't beleive how PC 145 treated a member of public with a camera.

Terry managed the update of the electrics throughout Purbeck Living. He carried out all the work very professionally and I had complete confidence it was being managed to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend the use of his services

Called at 9:11am for emergency job, told me he had to pick something up from Crawley but that he would be with us within the hour. Arrived at 11am stating that as it was an emergency job his call-out charge is £245 including the first hour, a bit on the expensive side but fair enough as only a small bit of work. Went to get parts from nearby and didn't return for an hour blaming roadworks up the road. Very apologetic when returned at said that he wouldn't be charging me for the second plumber he had with him (?!) even though this was never discussed or agreed from the outset. Fixed the issue over the next 45 minutes but then charged me for 2 hours plus parts at a cost of almost £500. To be fair, he did a decent enough job but certainly didn't feel like value for money. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

Terry has carried out many different kinds of electrical projects for the charity I work for over a period of years, ranging from installing new electrical circuits in our office building to renewing a failing entry phone system. Terry did some work for us at our holiday cottage. We found him to be very accommodating and trustworthy, which was essential as he needed to be in the house alone. He also identified a fault on the electrical circuit he was originally working on and after being told that to find the fault could take anything from an hour to a day to find, we were worried about the bill we could potentially receive. The bill was very reasonable and this was another demonstration of how fair and trustworthy he is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

My daughter and I were trapped near the top of Langdale Fell. The Mountain Rescue team were utterly brilliant, and got us to safety and brought us back down the mountain to the car park in Grasmere. Each and every one of the team were so friendly, reassuring and professional and I could not speak highly enough of all of them. At first I was embarrassed to have to had to call them, and by the end I felt honoured to have met them all. Obviously I'd much rather it hadn't happened, but so very grateful for their assistance.

Terry recently undertook the task of bringing power from our house to our external office/work space. He also wired it along with the installation of led ceiling lights and a number of sockets and switches. He also installed the associated earthing rods. In addition we asked for some help with regard to wiring our internet from the house to the new space. Terry was happy to carry out the additional work. At all times Terry was communicative, tidy and professional in the work he’s carried out for us. We were very happy with the service provided. Would use again and would happily recommend to others.
