My partner had terrible service when purchasing a house. They were very slow to do anything. Charged us over £20 for sending letter. Then when they sent us a letter they did not attach stamps so we had to pay on top. Staff were rude. Took 6 months to do paper work for a sale house. Would not recommend. I feel we pay to much and got very poor service.

Quick, explanation on questions asked, thorough if making a will. Completely covid aware. Lovely staff. Good parking area. Spotless.

Literally Just called them..close to closing time yet i was listened to sympathetically and patiently..and Bobby whom i spoke to was incredibly helpful!!
