What amazing service. I called yesterday to get some quotes on sending a parcel to the USA. Andy came back incredibly promptly with three quotes to get it there before Christmas. All of these were better than Parcelforce. Once we’d chosen the option and sent over the details, Andy did all the paperwork (whereas I’ve always had to do it myself with Parcelforce) and emailed me despite it being late at night and I just had to print and sign the necessary docs for the package. It was all done with great professionalism and minimal fuss and the package was duly collected this morning.Honestly just incredibly friendly, helpful service and I hardly had to do a thing. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now to send my parcels!

check in here is a mistake. you are alone in the parking lot and the check-in takes almost 2 hours. other offices check in 15-20 minutes. and it doesn't matter if the parking lot is full or empty, it takes max 20 minutes. lack of any facilities for the toilet or shower driver. there is a plastic toilet that has been dirty for 2 months. drivers often missed loading time, which resulted in high losses. I do not recommend try to check in elsewhere.

Bought 'frozen' pork dumplings for £12.99.Got them home in 5 minutes and found they were completely defrosted, so I think their freezer isn't working properly. Smelled funny after cooking so thrown out. Also I found the same dumplings online for £8.99. I will not be back, unless I desperately need dry or preserved goods and don't mind paying far more than usual.Response to owner: Yes I am sure. Here is my receipt. Pork Wan Tan £12.99
