Extended stay hotel

Stayed here last sun night me and few friends ..was amazing spot ..so clean ..and JJ meet us at the door ...and he was so nice and friendly ..beds were so comfortable and everything was bliss ..great location ..and they dont RIP u off ...highly recommend this place

Very comfortable, clean and excellent Value for money. Handy location for short walk to town, and short drive to Showground. will definitely stay again if need to stay in Peterborough.! Thank you

The rooms are small and the bathrooms extremely tight! But that's what you get for the price, I understand... However what is really disappointing is the cleaning, the rooms are tidied up, maybe, but not professionally cleaned, we got sheets that have fresh stains, bathroom bin not changed, dust is everywhere, shampoo and these small bathroom add ons are used which supposed to be personal. When we complained, we were told, that's not a five stars hotel

Perfect location for getting to the aj bell world traithlon series. Although above a pub, a good night's sleep was had each night we stayed. My dog was very happy to be with us also.

Room was fine setout like a mini apartment,Would be better off putting a 2 seater in somehow have horrid mini bucket chairs for a breakfast table and a hard wood back chair and table by the TV which cut out every 30seconds was poor, add that to the mattresses (cheap low spring jobbies)Left me with a bad back still a week later! Really a shame when granted the travel lodge isn't amazing they always have decent mattress- Ref for response Room103Wood Desk Chair by TV wobbles - TV either dropped signal alot or dropped out of image, the 2 bucket/tub style chairs seats by breakfast table small uncomfortable no suitable for sitting in for an entire evening, and he mattress sit on it laydown and just roll in to the middle its not comfortable and you can hear the springs - would have mentioned but apart from checking no one was about when i arrived back the next day - but as i was only about another day seemed pointless after that.- other than that the place was nice - nice design and nice look rating purely based on those things easy to fix and because i spent the next few days with a bad back from poor sleep

Excellent Location. Comfortable Furnishings with minimalist decor. Full spacious Bathroom in #5 apartment but zero Closet/Wardrobes just Pegs and four spoke Tree hanger with just a few cheap clothes hangers. Very decent Kitchen space with a 'mini bar' in Shallow Fridge, and modern Oven+Microwave(large)+Hob+Dishwasher. Spacious Private/Shared Paved Central Space Garden. Will stay again just for Location and Quiet Environs.

What an awful experience I would not recommend it to anyone. Hard to summarise my experience as it was nothing but awful and unfortunately my issue is yet not resolved. My husband and I were due to stay at this place for 1 night. We booked is well in advance and as requested by the property at the time of confirming the reservation we had to make a £150 deposit that would be refunded within 24h (if made via bank transfer) at the time of check out.3 days before our trip, the property cancelled the reservation without any explanation and they have confirmed that payment would not be taken for the 1 night stay. No mention about our deposit though, and that's when the issue started. I have messaged them back with a copy of my bank statement showing payment going out and asking for a prompt refund. They have asked me in return to contact Booking.com about this - very strange as the payment was made straight to the property. I have contacted Booking.com as instructed, who in return contacted the property (duh!) but surprise - They claimed that no deposit payment has been made. I have then shared the bank statement with booking.com and my issue is since then ongoing and not yet resolved. I have later on been told by booking.com that refund would be processed within 14 days - but then again the message from the property at the time of requesting the deposit stated : 24h refund time IF paid via bank transfer.On top of this, on the day of the supposed check in (which again was cancelled) I received a message from Booking.com asking me if I will be check in as the property marked it as a no show. Needless to explain the frustration of the whole experience, and what was meant to be a day break has now transformed in a terrible experience. This is nothing but steeling from customers, awful place. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID

The bedroom was clean - it’s an old hotel and the furnishings were a little tired. However, I did appreciate that the heating had been turned on and the light was on when I arrived (helpful when arriving late) Breakfast was included with a lot of choice about the type of food required. I had poached eggs which were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.
