Fast food restaurant

Food was terrible and not fresh. Ordered jerk chicken and it was basically chicken breast with sauce. Also ordered ackee and salt fish and it had small seeds in it and tasted bitter. The dumplings was hard and dry. Very disappointed.It was my first time ordering and only ordered as it was highly rated with good reviews on deliveroo. Won’t be ordering again as it was a waste of money.

This is the second time we’ve ordered and received the wrong order, I even checked with them to ensure food was right, they agreed and basically didn’t want to deal with us, I now realise I should’ve checked the inside of the bag, though when the staff says the order is right you tend to want to believe them and not come across as cheeky by checking it and holding everybody up. Poor customer service, very disappointing. Purely chaotic place who don’t care about quality of food nor customer service.

It was my second time in this McDonald's. First time was bad but the second time was terrible. Got a chicken wrap". The meat was cooked at least 2 days ago. Super hard and dry with shell on top. You could kill with it. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I really don't know how someone can give it to people. You should be ashamed."

This has to be the worst kfc I’ve ever been to! Ordered from then took 45 minutes to the not even recieve the whole order and the food to be coldI returned home without even realising so I called the up and the guy on the phone said he doesn’t care and I should just eat what I’m given ( I paid £40) I didn’t even get my monies worth shall not be returningGet some manners you lazy people!

Picked my takeaway last night. I had ordered crispy chilli chicken, special fried rice and a portion of prawn crackers.I started with a couple of prawn crackers. Instead of being crispy they were all soft and the were bendy . The next thing I tried was the crispy chilli chicken.Again the chicken was not crispy and the said chicken inside was so chewy I spat it out.It was a complete waste of money and I will not going back. I have been using the China city for many years and I must admit is has gradually going down hill for sometime.Please note the special fried rice was absolutely lovely.

Amazing cheeses and baked goods. Staff are great. My partner loves the savoury pastries. Can't recommend it enough.

Ordered for delivery2x cheesy chips1x regular chipsReceived my order with 3 lots of cheesy chips and I am unable to eat cheese. Called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do other than refund me and I'd have to reorder.Tried to do that but they then tried to charge me more than the chips for the delivery which i refuse to do so my whole family got to eat and I didn't.Extremely unhappy with the service I received
