Was a really informative and friendly consultation! I feel a lot more aware of my options now and Dr Dixit really helped me feel at ease. I feel a lot more confident about treatment options now thanks to her!

My wife and I have recently undergone treatment with BFC, specifically under the care of Mrs Uma Gordon and Dr Serena, as well as head nurse Patricia, for reciprocal IVF.We have gone through the whole process from start to finish with this clinic and they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout.When I initially contacted the clinic for information regarding treatment, they rang me and dedicated half an hour at least to discussing the options available to us in detail. This was before we had even commited to anything.From the very first contact we had with the staff at BFC it was evident that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.Every step of the way we were provided with an abundance of information and reassured, with any queries and questions answered promptly. We were provided with online resources, email clarifications and confirmations at every step, as well as zoom and face to face appointments when certain stages were complicated in order to ensure that everybody was fully informed and on the same page. Fertility treatment can be extraordinarily complex at times and they took great care to ensure we were always happy and had any questions answered and explained.We had mobile phone and email contact directly with the staff throughout each stage of our care and were able to ask any questions directly, and receive responses in a very timely fashion (mostly immediately).Anybody who has experience with fertility treatment will know just how important this is, as timing can be critical and recieving swift replies crucial to the success of your treatment.On a more personal note, we have felt like all of the staff genuinely cared about our case and that has made this journey particularly special and fulfilling for us.We live a couple of hours away from the clinic and they were very helpful in grouping our appointments together to save on trips and time, as well as being mindful of the extra costs incurred if this was not done.Overall, we have felt extremely well treated by everyone and found our experience to be very personal, and very professional.I am currently pregnant now with our first child and have enjoyed very good results with each stage of our treatments. These included egg retrieval, blastocyst implantation, as well as all of the medication we both needed.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care we have received and would HIGHLY recommend Bristol Fertility Clinic to anybody looking for fertility care.

We chose Create as we knew they were used to helping older mums have a baby. From the very first appointment we felt looked after by all staff. Any disappointments were treated sensitively, but honestly, which we really appreciated, and anytime I became upset all staff were compassionate and caring. We tried several different routes to becoming parents, following advice and guidance, and eventually we were successful with our first pregnancy in December 2022. We welcomed our baby boy into the world last month. I honestly feel that we would not be where we are today if we had chosen a different clinic. I cannot thank the staff at Create Bristol enough for their excellent service and for finally making me a mum.

I was suffering from headaches and spondylosis and was recommended to try acupuncture. I felt better after just a few sessions and had 8 in total. Would definitely recommend Dr Bian.

I’ve been treated by Jonathan for almost 10 years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He’s treated most of my family and friends too at some point. I have an old injury that I have to live with and Jonathan is a vital part of this. He’s very thorough so not only treats the issues but gives me exercises, looks at footwear with me etc. The clinic is also well located and with a welcoming atmosphere.

My experience at Agora has been incredible from start to finish.The whole team are so friendly and made me and my partner feel so comfortable! I would highly recommend Agora and I just want to thank the whole team for their support, kindness and making my dream a reality! X

Reception and nursing staff where helpful f2f but doctors where so unapologetically blunt in meetings it was difficult to appreciate that there was any positive options within a dead-pan hard pragmatic conversation style. Personal style perhaps? Until we had to ask our way into any options rather than being offered those during consultations. Fortunately my partner where informed and confident enough to ask. I fear some people would take this at face value.Another telling thing was that for logistical reasons we needed to split testing across two UK clinics, BFC being one. When management found this out they actually refused to give us any more test services with a nonsense 'just our policy' excuse.Poor communication generally throughout the process with more than once being contacted for important actions needed in error (and not being able to trace how that happened).Imagine a business like this having responsibility over such personal details on you.

The clinic is great! They really focus on helping people - understanding the case and following a holistic treatment that will improve considerably or cure completelly the pain. Dr. Lin is extremelly good and professional - has already helped to 2 friends. One with shoulder and back pain and the other one recovering from a massive abdomen surgery. The treatment rooms are clean, the whole place is fresh and tidy. They always welcome with hot herbal tea the visitors.

Mr. Mahantesh Karoshi is a wonderful Doctor. I highly recommend him for both his knowledge, experience and professionalism, as well as his patience and kindness. He also appreciated my need to see someone within a tight timeframe, and was very accomodating and communicative.
