Football Shop

I have been using zapkam for a few years, a local club i played for that i was involved with we made the transition across to zapkam and best decision we ever did.Will helped make the transition effortless and there was never delays on kit.I have then recently done an ultra marathon and spoke to will to see if it is something he could help with and he helped produce some running vests for me.Absolute top company, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Went in to return a faulty pair of shoes that had a hole inside the shoes sole (and I'd only bought them a month ago). I was basically accused of lying about how often I'd used them and made to feel like it was my fault the shoes were ruined. Had barely any use of them! They begrudgingly gave a credit note for them but were acting totally unacceptable. Was appalling customer service from the manager - do not visit this store!!!!!!

Steer clear of here for your own good. The only thing this store has going for it are its low prices, but even those won't tempt me to shop there again. The staff here are incredibly rude and obnoxious and sadly the manager is the worst of the lot of them, actually encouraging his subordinates to be rude to customers. I was at the back of the store looking at shoes today when I heard him at the other end of the store firstly being rude to a customer with another member of staff and then, when the customer left, he said to his employee, loud enough for everyone in the shop to hear, don't worry

Not bad good selection of sport gear. But prices have increased alot not the cheap store we come to known...

It's a place with lots of nice stuff but I bought a football and a day later it bursts when me and my friend are passing the ball to eachother

Bought a bag that was falsely advertised as on sale £25.99. Found the real price £11 under the label. Scammers!

Ordered over £200 worth of products. 3 weeks later still nothing. Customer service is shocking as I am still awaiting a reply despite numerous emails

Quite expensive when there's no offers on. Its like an oven inside the store, came yesterday and went to pay for my items at the till, everyone was standing there roasting because of how hot it was inside yet the 2 ladies at the till were taking longer to serve because of how much they were too busy talking, it was alright for them because they had air con behind the till but everyone was having to wait there boiling hot whilst they took longer to serve.
