Fresh food market

A good shop offering a variety of Asian and African food items including biscuits, spices, fresh veg, frozen foods and meat. Green chillis, plantain and other fresh foods are available. It is a bit difficult to find parking spots as the area outside the shop is quite congested.

If you love crowds and madness go for weekends. Else stick to the weekdays. This place is heaven for food lovers. Varieties of stalls for each delicacy. Abundance of food specially the non-veg sections. Roam around and try them as much as your tummy can take.

Poor customer service. Asked for tuna salad with everything, not to one member of staff but to both who were serving. (Young lad and woman)Went home to realise in the abysmal rain that I Got given a tuna sweetcorn without salad.I went back to the store and after already charging me 3.65 the woman then tried to charge me an additional 80p for salad. When I had corrected her mistake for the second time she looked bemused and then tried to charge me for a bag.First of all if you’re selling food please make sure the least you can do for your customers is wrap it in something waterproof, this charge should be incorporated in your high prices. Not charging extra for bags that’s a backwards policy. It shows there is little value for the customer. You don’t go to a restaurant and get charged 10p for a doggy bay and 5p for all the containers. You don’t go to a chippy and get charged for the bag so why would you charge extra for a bag which should already be included as part of your pricing.Won’t be going there again will happily go to another sandwich shop due to the poor customer experience.

Gorgeous afternoon Tea. Lovely waitress who kept checking we were satisfied (I think it was her first day in this position). Beautiful decor, the room was not overfilled with tables and we were even given a box to take home what we couldn't get through.

OK let's start with positive the post office counter is in side spar store which has many yummy things to eat.There is free parking out side store.Now let's focus on post office. Its great there is a local one. But I feel the staff need to go with times. In old days post office staff was always known to be grumpy. But I've used many around West Midlands. Its sad to say this post office still living in past. Barley any customer service. And having bit off plastic screen does not mean they do not need to wear a mask. It's for their and are safety.After doing couple parcles I felt like I just been to head master's.Its cost nothing to be polite with a nice manner.Rather than talking to you like a child.But again plus side for oaps who live local they can pop into shop and also post office

Small but love the atmosphere. I normally get my vegetables, bread and pastries from here. I would recommend this place.

The market deli is based inside cardiff market ( directly opposite the phone repair shop ). There is always a great variety of food on offer, all baguettes/rolls are made fresh daily, together with the salad bowls, and kebabs etc. Good value for money, and friendly staff are always there to help. Whether you are looking for something as a main meal, or just a snack as you are passing through, you will not be short of choice at the market deli. Highly recommended.

Ate here 3 weeks ago on a Thursday lunchtime, I had a lamb Shawarma. For the next 8 days I had food poisoning it was horrendous and I had to have time off work. Last week I went in to ask to speak to the owner & the staff member wasn't interested. Whatever they are doing with the food behind that counter isn't safe or hygienic. Shocking to see other reviews of a similar nature and they are still trading as normal. Needs urgent investigation. Stear well clear of this place
