Excellent accommodation service, Neil responded quickly and efficiently, found solutions, was friendly and understanding. Compared to so many others who didn't even reply to queries, I can but recommend him to others.

I was a resident in onyx last year and am a current resident of onyx now. Onyx has been an amazing accommodation to live in, if there was ever a complication they were very quick to resolve it, the staff are beyond helpful, the rooms are nicely laid out and all of the utilities makes it a very comforting accommodation to live in.

SCAMMERS BEWARE charging extortionate money for end of tenancy £150 “Cleaning Fee”.Only for me to receive the property in a filthy condition when I started my tenancy. This leads me to believe they just keep the £150 charge as pure profit and do not clean the properties and the landlords are unaware.Please see pictures below as evidence:DO NOT RENT WITH YPP. If you so much as leave a hair strand on the floor they’ll take picture of it and charge £35 fee. In my case it was a popped balloon.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Myself and my other flatmates complained on many occasions just to be ignored. £140 a week to live in these conditions in addition to no running water on several occasions!! I moved out a month before my tenancy ended due to the poor living conditions as I had literally had enough. AVOID!!

Terrible experience from this place. I booked a room and it was randomly cancelled. Then when I asked for another one they r gave me a room that was way more expensive. They offered me a refund of my full deposit mid September it’s now October AND I HAVE NO REFUND of £100. Very poor . Emailed and called multiple times and have not received a response

Brill just had a coffee but menu looked great and food others were having looked amazing. Not too bad prices as well.. may be back for a meal soon.

When I needed somewhere to stay at relatively short notice and without fuss and bother, I contacted Fastlet. They certainly lived up to their name. Within a couple of hours, I had details of available rooms and studios and had arranged an out of hours viewing on a Saturday morning.Arriving at Carylls Country House, I was immediately struck by the tranquillity of the location. I was met by Tracey who showed me the available studio and facilities, and patiently responded to my questions. Within the hour, I was on my way, making arrangements to move in that same evening.It’s a great place to stay. Very quiet yet conveniently located for Horsham, Crawley, Gatwick Airport, and the M23. The staff are friendly and efficient when you need them but, apart from that, they leave you alone to enjoy your stay however long that might be. The place feels like home. Set in its own grounds, there is no traffic noise, just the peace and quiet of the country.I recommend Carylls Country House as a place to stay without hesitation or reservation.Paul K

Beautiful modern apartments

Great quiet suburban location in the heart of Peterborough, 10 minutes from the city centre. Wonderful garden at the sun facing rear of the property making it perfect for relaxing with a nice glass of your favorite tipple. The accommodation has everything you would expect making it a pleasurable relaxing experience. Would be a pleasure to book again as it had everything you hope for in rented accommodation.
