Beautiful, top quality mattresses and tatamis-- and great costumer service. We ordered a set of monk futon bed roll mattresses and folding tatamis to create two guest beds. From initial queries to sort out the appropriate combination, to the final delivery, Peter offered the best costumer care I have experienced from a furniture company. The order arrived on time and was delivered straight to our flat--absolutely no hassle. The tatamis are of extremely good quality. The make is beautiful and they fold away nicely into a carrier fabric bag. The mattresses are comfy and fresh, perfect for guests, and they roll into compact bundles that you can secure with the velcro straps provided.

Innovation Sofa Bed was the only stylish and practical sofa bed I could find on the market. The Futon shop was the only one that offered to order it in all possible material variations and at no extra cost. It is a great product from the online shop with a very personable experience. This is the second futon I have bought from Cambridge futons. The communication is great, emailing me to ask what date I want delivery. I ordered an extra futon cover by mistake and was able to return it no problem. The quality and finish of the futon is excellent. I did a lot of research on companies before choosing this one and I definitely made the right decision. A very positive experience.

Extremely good customer service and a price that cant be beaten, I sent messages a odd hours in the day as I work long days and Fahim would still get back to me.Definitely would recommend and I would buy from them again.

This might possibly be the worst company in the entire world. Truthfully there scammers. There not even worth of stars They sent me a bed that could not be put up as missing parts. I had to buy a new bed as needed asap This bed was in my spare storage room 2 year later and missing legs refused to send me. Save your money & do not use this company.

Well I didn't realise the range out sourced to these guys until after my purchase!!!! ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE avoid avoid avoid with a barge pole. I would have never brought if I saw the reviews and knew it wasn't directly comming from the range. So I brought a bed and had a confirmation the day before to say my bed would be delivered the next day so I got ready for my delivery and chucked my old bed out to make space to put my new one up. We'll it never turned up no one notified me of this and I spent the rest of my week chasing my order I explained I'm pregnant due to give birth and sleeping on the sofa, I told them I no longer wanted the item since it was so stressful and was told I could have a refund after two weeks. They had backed me in to a corner and now i have no choice but to wait to see if the item will actually be delivered on Thursday. I escalated the situation to a complaint and was told exactly the same thing by whoever it was that called me, no compensation offered for the waste of my time, no voucher offered for next purchase (not that I would ever buy off them again) but the offer would have been nice. They didn't try to implement not one lf the steps set out by uk complaints standards 2015 the service was truly appalling and I have notified the ombudsman as this is insane and by the looks of things they are ripping people off left right and center.

Excellent quality mattress for my 22 year old futon. Smarter and more comfortable than the original. The company were fantastic to deal with, they helped with sizing and other queries before purchase. The entire experience was superb. Highly recommended!!

Really impressed by the top quality of the service! Peter was perfect and super helpful from the beginning to the end of my orders. The products were extremely well packed and protected. I'm super happy with my new futon & poufs by Karup Design. I struggled to find a company selling this brand in the UK, and I couldn't have found a better one. What a find!
