A few hiccups but all good in the end

Popped in to get a pane of glass for a picture frame, got served immediately, out in less than 5 minutes. Glass cut exactly to size, great value too.

Used this company 12 months ago, domestic, to paint outside of the house and repair fascias. The price ended up being a lot more than originally quoted but we accepted it, as the guys on site did a good job overall. So it's a real shame that their office have ignored repeated requests over the last 6 months as paint has flaked off from the front door. Despite being repeatedly told someone would visit and repair, it's obvious now that we're just being fobbed off. Don't expect any after care.

This has to be the worst company, in my experience, I have dealt with. Took 4 months for them to get their act together to install our rear gutter which was not done at time of installation, even though it was paid for. Their responsiveness is non existent, with no reply to email, phone calls or texts. Very unprofessional. When I called and finally got hold of someone, I was told that the gutter was repaired, the guy insisting that this was the case. Yes roofers had been out numerous times but for various reasons couldn’t finish the job, leaving the old gutter hanging off the roof. II had to tell him that I had opened a case with Trading Standards (which I had done) as they were not responding to us. This has caused untold stress to my husband and myself. I said that it was to be done by 17th or I would follow up the case. Of course it was done today. We’re looking to have more work done, but will never use Skyline again.

Left my keys in garage door, which I needed access to as had important appliances and items used daily, contacted able group and had an appointment the next day, witing minutes I had access to my garage again. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

What an incredible team. They did a fantastic job for us on three large protected trees. Plenty of advice up front, brilliant comms, fully explained everything they were doing, and petted our dogs... couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!!
