I have been admitted into Accident and Emergency overnight quite a few times, and the nurses have all been so kind to me. They are all so friendly and happy, and I always have a good experience with the nurses.

Lovely, amazing, helpful staff. Helped me feel at ease, although, at self check in, my appointment didn’t come up and was told to go to the front desk from the screen, I went to the front desk and noise was present. You feel a pain having to ask staff who work there, but are off duty, for help as their breaks are much needed, but non the less one lady was very helpful. Stop making cutbacks on reception staff, they’re needed! Thank you to the staff at radiology ❤️

Can't recommend Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital enough.I was referred for an ultrasound scan and I was very impressed by the service provided. The appointment was perfectly on time and the staff was super helpful. Both nurse and doctor made me feel very comfortable and the doctor explained to me everything he was doing while performing the visit.Great work!

My partner and I were brought to Macclesfield Hospital on Sunday afternoon following an RTA (13 March 2022) and although I wouldn't choose to spend a Sunday afternoon in A&E. I have to say. We were looked after very well. Treated with curtesy and professionaly by all from Katie the Ambulance paramedic (technician) to the Dr's Nurses and care staff. A big thanks to you all for the wonderful work you do. A great full thanks to the NHS. THANK YOU!

Highly disheartening treatment! Came in for our toddler with 104 temp they just gave ibuprofen and left us waiting for 5 hours !!! It's a shame how they run this place !! Absolutely no compassion with staff either !! Horrible experience!!! Wish we never have to come back

Waits are beyond 6 hours, when there is 1 doctor to over a 100 patients, was bought in by ambulance for suspected spinal injuries amd ribs, only then to be left in A n E for over 6 hours, you get seen on the seriousness of you're injuries or problems. And all I saw was people walking freely to be seen way before me, lots of drunkards, addicts just walking where they wanted to, without any security telling them not to, harassing patients which I also observed. Again security no where to be seen, have more interest moving people on for smoking 5 meters from the entrance. And when you're eventually seen, your like what in the hell is going on its empty. No patients, so goes down for xray, and overheard an nurse stating a covid positive patient was on the ward, and she said and I quote I have a 11 year old granddaughter and I'm not taking any chances" and then proceeded to hand masks out to colleagues
