Ling House Medical Centre
Always had great service until today. Trying to get and asthma review appointment is ridiculous! Now done over the phone, pointless and explanation given was, “things change”. Certainly not for the better I might add.

Mount Surgery
Agree with most of the previous reviews.Some staff helpful on the phone, but then you see the doctor and turn out they can`t or won`t refer you anywhere (that would be there job) not even checking you out what is wrong whit you, just give you medications a lot`s of it.Wales NHs have to change, or will fall apart very soon, and no patient left to treat at all.

Only ever used this surgery once but needed it again today. Took me a total of 375 calls and 30 minutes to get through. When I got through there were no appointments left but due to having an infection in my face that was spreading, they managed to fit me in.

Reception staff are polite, professional and have an excellent phone manner! I've never had to wait long to book an appointment and every medical staff member I've seen has been really helpful. They also have excellent COVID protocols. I have my second vaccination there and it was very well organised.

Terrible service.Gave me the wrong antibiotics so I had to go to A&E for another appointment and to get the correct antibiotics.Lies about availability and constantly just refers to elsewhere regardless of severity.

Dr S R Choudhary - Highfield Surgery
Moved from London and wanted to join Highfield surgery because it’s near my new house. They made me wait outside the door nearly 30 minutes in cold day. I don’t know either they still opened the door or not….. very slow and bad service. Never again….

Newbury Green Medical Practice
Esther is the best gp I've ever had. She's very kind, caring and thorough. Most of the reception staff seem very helpful too. The only issue I've had is sometimes the pharmacy don't receive my prescription. The pharmacy connected to it is a little chaotic but the gp is great!

Ribble Village Health Centre
Receptionist are always helpful and accommodating. Nurse and doctor listen and are informative. I have been at this surgery for over 20 years and never had an issue getting and appointment. Great surgery.
