Having worked with Alex for over 5 years in my previous employment I expected a good level of service because I know how hard she works, bear in mind she worked hard prior to starting up her own business.Now working in a industry she takes great pride in with a product she knows everything about, she as well as her team, has surpassed all expectations. She has a way of adding that personal touch to something and you can see the care taken in putting together her arrangements.Thank you Alex for the 30 roses I had arranged for my wife on her 30th birthday, they are stunningly beautiful and cleverly arranged. I love this shop us usually go in to buy kids presents but had never got furniture there. Needed an extra sofa.. Bought the Swyft 01 two seater. Although the exact sofa I wanted online wasn’t there to try, the staff showed me the 01 chair and another sofa of the same dimensions so between the chair and the other sofa I got a good idea of the size and feel of it. Needed to check it was big enough to lie on! They were so courteous and helpful, had tape measures & advice and placed the order quickly for me. It arrived very quickly. Great value, happy customer!

Wonderful place for bargain price books and craft materials. Situated in the busy King Square Shopping Centre West Bromwich by the traditional Indoor market.

I visited here with a friend who was just passing through on a journey going South and I was looking for somewhere me and my dog could go to meet them.It was a lovely day and there were quite a few people about but despite the cafe being quite busy it was running to perfection. There wasn't a long wait and everyone looked happy to be there.There were water bowls for dogs and even a jar with dog treats in.My friend loved it and it will be my go to meet up place. Big car park, lots of seating which covers all bases. Some shade, some in the sun, some on grass. Will definitely visit again

I have shopped with ARL a few times now, I mainly go in store however I had the item delivered this time. At first the item was out of stock but they notified me when it was back in stock and the item was dispatched the same day I purchased. Absolutley amazing staff and they are all so friendly.Great quality items and speedy delivery too! Got another order in and will keep coming back!

I’ve visited the Pop-up at Paperchase a few times this week. All the work is so beautifully presented and it is great to see so many unique products for sale from local makers. Megan is so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about all the makers. I look forward to visiting again over the next few weeks. So many lovely things to buy!
