Popped in for some greenhouse glass.. got it same day... friendly staff and very helpful...

I have used this company for years. Always super efficient, very quick to respond and very reasonably priced. I seriously would never go anywhere else. Very surprised that this company would ever get a bad review to be honest.

My experience with this glazier for double glazing repair was outstanding. They explained the process thoroughly, used high-quality materials, and the results were noticeable in both comfort and energy savings.

Nice little shop however the abusive stuff let's it down everytime! on more than one occasion they have been very rude, if you wish to go here then be advised you are not welcome with children. Your child will get watched and as soon as any oppotunity of them touching stock the staff do not hesitate to raise their voices at them. my daughter is only 4 she was approached by the lady and told off for touching stock and then abuse was thrown at me after i said there was no need to be so harsh on her as no harm has actually been done, my little girl had her head down and hands in mouth like she had done something really bad but both staff will raise their tones again and tell you not to return which I won't intend to anyway as how you can be expected to browse their stock but not be able to take your eye off your child at all in doing so is ridiculous. I understand the difference between a reckless child that is running about the shop but this was not the case at all it was all extremely unecassary behaviour from the staff. Very rude man and lady!

This firm is amazing. I have had a major rebuild project and they have supplied glass to me for nearly 2 years now. It is a family business and it shows as they care. The reception and admin staff are always helpful. The entire work force are professional and charming, they are a pleasure to have in your house and ALWAYS clear up after their work. The boss Richard took a bit of time getting to know but he has been a star and will always help if he can. They are even putting right other tradesmen's disasters. The firm are great at coming up with solutions and thinking outside the box". They have made all my shower screens so that my over 6ft 4 boys can stand without having to duck. My Juliet balcony everyone said was "impossible". But

Really interesting to see the glassware being made, it's free to go through into the factory area and although it's not very big, you see plenty. Staff in the shop are lovely but they only sell paperweights now in the main shop. The highlight for me was a separate little section which sold antique glassware including Caithness glass. I got a set to match some existing glassware and it was very reasonably priced. The staff in this section were very helpful too.
