Disappointed that the company left a heck of a mess at my property after completing the cavity wall insulation. Piles of balls found next to the house and scattered accross the ground. When the heavy winds hit last week, I also found the source of another hole inside which had been leaking balls for a couple of weeks, I'd have thought the pros would have identified it at the time of work. I was told the job wasn't acceptable upon sharing photos with the manager and promised the mess would be cleared up but still waiting a month later.

Bought from this company and received dreadful service. Sent rubbish instead of what I selected online. They refused to modify the order although I informed them immediately.So unprofessional, I will never do business with them again. Avoid!
