I have been trying to contact a human being within this company for only to be redirected to several extensions on to be cut of because the person is not available .How hard can it be to speak to a human .Please could you update you contact number to a human.

Terrible service. No one cares one lady called Kate Ingham told me she doesn't even like to work for Bolton council. She keeps making me appointment's and doesn't even bother to turn up

Useless place to take children for a day out. I thought kinetic was a skateboard park.

Refused to take any responsibility for anything when I complained about First Bus (again) when challenged on who is responsible for First bus's conduct I was directed to the absolutely abysmal and totally useless BusUsers site. I have contacted that shower as well... to no avail. When my bus pass ran out last Summer it took a very ANGRY phone call from one of my carers to get the stupid thing delivered.

Case worker is very frosty at best. They always promise to do things but never get back to you, causing upset and frustration.

I Brian Little, Director of Jenson & Jenson Lettings Ltd, have experienced an extremely poor level of service from this department of Glasgow City Council. All staff members we have engaged with do not follow any of The Customer Service Standards OR Service Charter.Having made numerous Formal Complaints at the very highest level, they seem only intent on defending each other blindly, and it seems without listening to the customers' given points of dissatisfaction. We have asked Formally for the Business Gateway arm of this organization to be investigated and have a Root and Branch Review carried out, however, on both occasions we have received no reply/ no answer.We consider this department to be staffed by arrogant and unprofessional people who are highly paid by the Council Tax Payer for under achieving.Has the time arrived for this department to genuinely listen to the Customer ????????
