Probably the best gym in Norfolk. New space is amazing, staff are always on hand and never intrusive. Owners clearly care and have spent thousands on the new premises. A perfect gym

Elite Training Centre
Started coming here a year ago just for fitness and toning... started just doing the MMA fit in the morning.. a year on I enjoy boxing, kickboxing and very recently BJJ.. everyone is so friendly and helpful and I have made some friends for life.. also my son started bjj and MMA and in a short space of time had already received 2 stripes. Excellent place and would highly recommend to anyone

The expertise of Ben & Ella will guide you through the classes to ensure you get the most from the session for all levels of fitness. There are no egos at this gym and the small classes mean close supervision from Ben & Ella to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and adaptions made where necessary.

Just an ok gym,you now have to pay for a bottle of water with your day pass! And don't seem to have there 3months for £75 offer on anymore,treadmills and rowing machines could do will updating.apart from that it's ok for what i need

Craig was an amazing PT throughout my sessions! Every week we would set new goals that I thought I’d never reach but he kept me going with his positive attitude and outlook. I am now confident that I’ve joined the gym and am able to use what Craig taught me in our sessions and put them to good use by myself in the gym! Would highly recommend :)

Great gym space, open and clean, spa is also nice and pool area is well take care of.The only issue is their mobile app! It is a disaster! Does not work, card gets canceled without reason, no access and so on. Fix this and you are golden.

Nice staff, clean, doesn't smell (unlike Citadel swimming pool) and good for a casual swim or anything else you might prefer like aquafit, lanes etc.

FireFit Youth and Community Hub
A lovely centre. It has a SEN co ordinator and specialised sessions for kids with SEN within the leisure complex. The staff are friendly and considerate. Great value for money and lots of sessions available throughout the week. It has a cafe and chill out zone for older kids as well as a gym and out door football areas. Very impressed

The Workout Mill
£7 for one day is very reasonable compared to the competition and had everything you could ask for. Also, first Gym I didn't need headphones cause the music was great and blasting loud!
