I absolutely love Liz! She has a kind, positive and disarming nature. You will feel at ease in her presence and in awe in her shop! It pulls off intimate and funky boutique with dresses to match.If you can’t make it to the shop in these times (although I believe she is opening soon) she has a website filled with many of her truly stunning dresses.She is dedicated to her work and clients and her creative mind has no limits! I have never seen wedding dresses quite like hers!In a world where everyone is wanting the X factor, look no further - Liz is it!

Kay , Rachel, Ceri & Kez we’re the perfect hosts today helping my twins choose the perfect prom dresses. We travelled from Southampton as we knew you had some stunning dresses and a lot to chose from. Would highly recommend! Had the most perfect day! Can’t wait to see them in there dresses!!! Dropped a friend off here to shop. I confess l didn't go inside and l collected her less then twenty minutes later. It's not her normal place for hijab though window dressing makes everything look good.

She was warm and friendly, listened to my concerns and did an incredible job at reassuring and putting me at ease to help me find my wedding dress. Thank you for the top-notch service.

Extremely helpful staff, pandora s box of styles, designs and colours. Amazing quality, accommodated my wishes perfectly. An absolute gem of a find, all handmade on the premises, also offers bespoke and couture designs, from the traditional, classy to funky and outstanding. Highly recommend.

My partner and I popped into this shop when they first opened. And we witnessed the owner being quite rude to a lady asking questions.Months later, I decided I wanted a nice throw for the lounge. This place had quite a few different options, so I took the plunge and parted with £155.00 for one. The owner said it was to be dry cleaned only. It didn’t smell great from new, so took it for a freshen up the next day at a local laundrette. Only to be told it couldn’t be dry cleaned.Took it back for a refund, and the owners were rude to me this time. Got my money back. After being asked if I wanted credit or a gift voucher.Why on Earth would I want to buy anything from rude people that lie about their products.They never answer their phone either, probably because they’re worried it’s disgruntled customers.Do better humans!

I cannot believe the first review for Susanna @ Zso Zso because I have nothing but praise for all the alterations I have had here. Everything, including my Mother of the Bride outfit, has been altered to a perfect fit.One bad review can affect a business so hopefully this, and more recent ones, will show that this is the place to go for a great alteration service.
