This place is amazing! I am not a gym person but really needed to be doing some sort of exercise, a friend recommended Leah at Farm Fitness and I have to say it has really exceeded my expectations.Leah herself is a brilliant coach. Always positive, supportive and kind. The exercises can be adapted to any level and are enjoyable and dynamic.The farm itself has lovely surroundings and classes run rain or shine. Geoff the resident dog is also an added bonus! As well as the option to bring your own dog along.Highly recommend.

Great service from Living at Home in Swansea. Great provider of home care services that was a great help to our family. Would highly recommend if you have a loved one who wants to remain living at home, but just needs a little extra help.

Kris is an excellent trainer and is obviously motivated by seeing clients achieve their goals. I have exceeded my expectations of an overally toned body and increased core strength in about 12 sessions. Physically, I feel better after KK training than I felt after chiropractic treatment. My neck & shoulder pain is gone, and at a competitive price. Kris comes highly recommended.

As a young woman who has battled with deep self-esteem and confidence issues for most of my life, I had tried everything I could think of to try and help myself - person-centred counselling, CBT, self-help books and videos, even anti-depressants, but all to no avail. I couldn't find a way to resolve these issues that were taking over my life and I felt so broken. I didn't have much faith in anything by this point but what I read on her website left me intrigued so I arranged a call with Diane.Three sessions later and I feel transformed! I feel like my mind has had a big spring clean and all of my negatives have been dusted away. I can't thank Diane enough for the work she has done with me and for the new perspectives she has given me on life and the issues that have caused me so much unhappiness for so long. I walked out of her office feeling brand new. The techniques Diane uses are truly amazing and I will carry them with me forever and practice them whenever I need a bit of support. It's also great to work with someone who is so passionate about her work and has a genuine desire to help people. Absolutely world class professionalism , communication and after care .I was lucky enough to have my procedure done with Dr Ananth Krishnan and Nurse Elizabeth Jellyman .I was truly looked after before, during and after the procedure and Dr Krishnan is unbelievably slick and talented and the whole process was rather pleasant and stress free.Wish the wonderful team all the best and would absolutely recommend them .

When I first started seeing Sandra I was suffering from migraines, bloatedness and I was carrying more weight than I wanted to.I was amazed at how quickly my weight started dropping and soon my migraines all but disappeared. I have also developed a much better relationship with food after following her diet recommendations.I highly recommend seeing Sandra if you're struggling with any number of ailments. She's always helped me feel at ease and in very good hands!
