Was surprised by my partner for a treatment with Tamara. I was a bit nervous as I had never had a massage/ facial before but wow, it’s hard to put into words how incredible the experience was. Tamara made me feel at ease and unbelievably relaxed. It was absolutely outstanding! Thank you Tamara

A fabulaous Experience, spotlessly Clean, very conscious with equipment, welcoming, warm and hospitable, Hannah on reception cannot do enough for you, Maria is very professional and caring and a pleaseure to be around. the doctor took the time out to sit with me and discuss things professionally. impressive. one thing that stood out for me was the cleanliness of the place. which is hugely important, 5 stars all the way

100%recommend this place, was nervous at first but Millie is just lovely and very professional. So happy I went for it and had it done, had 2 sessions now and feel less tired, stressed, balanced appetite, less bloated with a flatter stomach.

The health club is a friendly and welcoming environment with good facilities. I have been a member for many years and take advantage of the excellent instructor led classes to develop my fitness and well being and to support me to build my strength and endurance for events. I took part in three triathlon camps, through which I made many new friends and gained a real sense of achievement. I enjoy relaxing on the pool, sauna and steam rooms too, especially after a dip in the sea! I have recently signed up for the extra benefits of the wellness membership with dedicated personal training and a spa session each month.

90 mins of a fantastic sports massage/Thai massage. Went in with a tight neck and shoulders with restricted movement and came out relaxed, refreshed and able to move. Highly recommend.

Very impressive! Alistair helped me to feel at ease throughout the session, and the bodywork itself was really relaxing. I could tell is was doing a lot internally as I felt tired afterwards. Would definitely book in for another session!

Satisfied with the coconut melt package - massage and facial… the therapist was good;felt very relaxed after the session. They have great customer service too. The receptionist was lovely and she was very quick to confirm the booking when i was reserving it and when i requested for the receipt.I booked it via groupon and it was a little cheaper than usual.
