I Just did an online order, quick easy to use website with PayPal (love that!), Fay even delivered my order to Toy Planet for me to collect as they would be closed. Great service in helping us choose a new stick for my daughter. Really friendly, helped her to choose with no pressure and loads of options to try out. Even offered cups of tea! Highly recommended and talked us out of buying an indoor stick that we didn’t really need. We’ll definitely be back when we need more kit.

I want to give a big shout out to Phoebie, who went above and beyond to ensure my son's football shirts were printed in time for his birthday celebration, despite the short notice. Despite me missing the original date I had booked for name printing due to delays with shirts ordered from another place, she happily accepted the order and swiftly organized everything, effectively communicating with the designer. Phoebie made me feel valued as a customer and possessed a can-do attitude. She was thorough and precise, explaining every detail and ensuring a seamless process. Excellent shop. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.Went in with my son to buy a cricket bat. We were given an excellent tutorial on how to determine bat quality which was very informative and useful. Time and care was taken to buy the right bat for my son. He loved the experience and we'll be back whenever we need anything Cricket related. Thank you!

Needed some advice before buying so I picked up the phone, spoke with Gary who's advice was spot on. Bought some skates just right for what I want and what I need, and they were despatched the same day as promised. Great advice, great price and great service.
