I worked for this company and id never work for them again the managment is so bad nobody knows what there doing,also they threaten to take all work of you unless you go into the office within the hour on your day of,unberlivable! You also work past the time your supposed to constantly,they mess you about also,its just really bad managment.

Great service from Living at Home in Swansea. Great provider of home care services that was a great help to our family. Would highly recommend if you have a loved one who wants to remain living at home, but just needs a little extra help.

Irecently started working for Superior, and so far, it has been good. The recruitment team specially Rory Burns has been amazing and is always ready to answer any my questions or address any concerns.

I find the doctors very nice and helpful. However trying to book an appointment online, is as far as I can see a complete waste of time. Not once since we were given a code to access the online appointments a couple of years ago has there ever been any appointments available to book, I have even downloaded the NHS app still with no luck. What is the point of offering a service if the surgery staff never update it. I complained about this to the receptionist and was told it depends when the nurse releases the appointments but she couldn’t tell when that would be. Is it a secret or something. Frustrating when you ring in the morning and all the slots are taken so you ring at 2 o’clock to find all the afternoon appointments are gone as well but you can’t book several days in advance over the phone, you would think life was bad enough as it is .

My mum works for this company and they are so supportive and have good high standards delivering care and always puts their key client best interest first my mum has never done care before but they have supported her all throughout her training and even helped her get a NVQ 2 with support from the management team at adaptus my mum allways comes home feeling valued as part of the team so Thankyou Adaptus!!

Purchased a home testing kit for assessing the strength of my immune system. Delivery of the kit was prompt. I followed the process in accordance with instructions and returned the completed test as instructed. I received very prompt notification that my kit had been received, and was being analysed. A short time later, I received a further e-mail to inform me that my sample could not be analysed, and that a replacement test kit was on its way. That arrived very promptly, and I repeated the testing process. The sequence of events was as before, with the result that, again, my test could not be analysed. Despite the very prompt transmission of information, ultimately my attempts to obtain a result were unsuccessful. Hence the poor rating. I have requested a refund of my fee as per the company’s policy.It should be said that I found the blood collection process rather awkward, as a consequence of the requirement to collect the sample in a tiny plastic tube which proved difficult to manoeuvre. I imagine the entire procedure could be simplified by a rethinking of the container which is supplied.

I have been a longstanding patient of Olwen for so many years and regularly have an adjustment to maintain my spinal health and keep mobile and pain free. Olwen is a calm and very knowledgeable practitioner who always has time, listens, and goes above and beyond in appointments. The clinic is spotless and she always communicates well in advance of the appointment. I have recommended many friends and family for treatment, who all share the same view. Diolch ❤️
