Dermatology Department
Got a cancellation so was seen very quickly. Dr King was brilliant. I have suffered for eight months with a skin condition which started to clear within 10 days of new medication from Dr King. My experience of the BRI Adult Dermatology Dept has been 100% positive. The shortest way to the Dermatology department is to use the Marlborough Hill entrance.

Southend Hospital Eye Unit
Very patient & hard working staff dealing with many senior citizens. Have visited this unit 14 times over 4 months inc emergencies and have been impressed with the system inplace and the care given despite increasingly large numbers of patients. Training of more surgeons is welcome. This unit is a gem.

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Emergency Department and Urgent Treatment Center
Wonderful, all of the nurses and the doctor!I was diagnosed by 111 as in need of urgent care, the doctor of 111 booked an appointment at the Urgent Care Unit of the Chelsea and Westminster hospital. When I arrived they saw me straight away with an ECG and then through to the unit and put on a drip and other machinery testing blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels etc.I was attended by nurses and then saw a doctor. The nurses brought me tea and a sandwich although I could not keep them down.I was diagnosed with a nasty virus and home now, although still unwell, still coughing and throwing up, I am turning the corner".Well done the Chelsea and Westminster. Thank you to the kind nurses

Felt like I was putting them out. Constantly spoken over and having words put in my mouth over questions. Got threatened with no treatment because I didn't complete the work the never sent me.Not ideal after a 4 month wait.
