I have been admitted into Accident and Emergency overnight quite a few times, and the nurses have all been so kind to me. They are all so friendly and happy, and I always have a good experience with the nurses.

Skegness Urgent Treatment Centre
Although they are busy & had a long wait on 1st visit, we had to return twice for dressing to be changed & wounds checked we received great care & all staff helpful & caring, whilst working understaffed & under pressure

Corby Urgent Care Centre
I came in with a serious 6in long cut on my hand about an inch wide, I was seen really quickly with very kind, helpful staff, Rob who stitched me up was very friendly and helpful and made the experience quick easy and effective. This is a beacon of what the NHS should represent and for anyone in need of help in the area I would strongly recommend coming here as the alternatives mean waiting a ridiculous amount of time

Cosmetic Surgery Partners London
In the right place, at the right moment and with the right people. That's how I felt since my first step in. Mr Berry and everyone of his team made me feel like that. I cannot say enough thanks for the professionalism, the care and the precision that I found here. My top surgery's result is amazing and it is exactly what I was looking for, I'm glad for the way this has been done and I'm really happy that Mr Berry achieved it for me with such an astonishing aesthetic result . I deeply suggest Cosmetic Surgery Partners to anyone who wants to undertake this path. Many thank

The Park Hospital
Very clean friendly hospital, with everything you could need. All the staff explained things well and always made sure you understood. Every single member staff no matter what their job is was very polite, respectful, caring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Food and beverages were also very good. After care also good, phone calls checking how I was after discharge, follow up appointments, made on the day of discharge. All in all very professional and excellent service

Birthing Centre
Witnessing my partner giving birth at this facilities on May 2017, I wondered why not every mother comes to such centres. The staff was excellent: caring but not intrusive in any way, instilling a sense of calm and aware of mothers coming here for an alternative experience. The facilites are well thought and perfect for such important event. Many thanks to them all!

Mr Ken Anson, Urologist
It was a delight to be seen by Dr. Ken. He is by far the best specialist doctor I’ve ever been to—so easy to speak to, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Ken listened to me patiently and immediately identified my long-standing troubles. He came up with an effective strategy and addressed all of my concerns in a positive way, leaving me feeling very reassured. He explained everything to me in an easy manner and used analogies relating to my age-group that would help me better understand what he was trying to express. He clearly has extensive experience in the area and is the perfect doctor to do to for any urology concerns. Would recommend to anyone any day!

Greenhead Family Doctors
It's been 3 years since i joined this gp. Such a lovely receptionists, always helpful. Dr. Edara is the worst , I was seeking help for many times, I had many appointments with him, he never referral me to the hospital until the issue became worse. I wish him to be quited from all NHS services. I won't forgive him, he always says unlogical solutions. He made me feel worse.

Bristol IVF Fertility Treatment Clinic
My wife and I have recently undergone treatment with BFC, specifically under the care of Mrs Uma Gordon and Dr Serena, as well as head nurse Patricia, for reciprocal IVF.We have gone through the whole process from start to finish with this clinic and they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout. When I initially contacted the clinic for information regarding treatment, they rang me and dedicated half an hour at least to discussing the options available to us in detail. This was before we had even commited to anything. From the very first contact we had with the staff at BFC it was evident that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.Every step of the way we were provided with an abundance of information and reassured, with any queries and questions answered promptly. We were provided with online resources, email clarifications and confirmations at every step, as well as zoom and face to face appointments when certain stages were complicated in order to ensure that everybody was fully informed and on the same page. Fertility treatment can be extraordinarily complex at times and they took great care to ensure we were always happy and had any questions answered and explained. We had mobile phone and email contact directly with the staff throughout each stage of our care and were able to ask any questions directly, and receive responses in a very timely fashion (mostly immediately).Anybody who has experience with fertility treatment will know just how important this is, as timing can be critical and recieving swift replies crucial to the success of your treatment. On a more personal note, we have felt like all of the staff genuinely cared about our case and that has made this journey particularly special and fulfilling for us.We live a couple of hours away from the clinic and they were very helpful in grouping our appointments together to save on trips and time, as well as being mindful of the extra costs incurred if this was not done.Overall, we have felt extremely well treated by everyone and found our experience to be very personal, and very professional.I am currently pregnant now with our first child and have enjoyed very good results with each stage of our treatments. These included egg retrieval, blastocyst implantation, as well as all of the medication we both needed.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care we have received and would HIGHLY recommend Bristol Fertility Clinic to anybody looking for fertility care.
