I was working with Taskmaster for a year, they had found me roles within the NHS and supported me throughout. Kim F has always been amazing and I can’t thank her enough for her help getting me the experience I wanted! I would recommend them, the on boarding process is a little begins with the times but quite straight forward. Thanks so much for everything!!

found me a vacancy earlier in 2014, they kept in contact before interview with the company they found the vacancy with but since i failed to land the job, the agency have completely ignored me despite numerous emails asking about other vacancies.they only care if someone has a good chance of landing a job, otherwise they don't make their quota and won't be getting their standard 20% of a candidate's wages

I have used this agency for many years now and whilst they may not always have a suitable position at the exact time I am looking, Steph in particular has always been honest with me about this and never attempted to “ fob me off “ just to get a CV on their database etc .I find them to be helpful , friendly and professional and have always had a positive experience dealing with them for over 10 years now .

Staff on the phone very rude, over the last two years that i have been working with agencies i have never encountered rude staff like this. Not impressed

Wonderful company, especially Katie, really supportive in getting me through to the final round and then I was lucky enough to get the job offer. Really felt like I was cared for throughout the process.

When I first moved to the area with little job experience, Prince Personnel were outstanding as, after a couple of temporary roles, they helped me get my current permanent position. Without their input, I would probably still be looking - excellent service

I did not have a great experience with Harriet and how she handled the process from arranging my interview to post interview. I feel that she did not fully understand that the company that was hiring was overexpecting the experience that graduates have. Althought the job title was graduate process engineer/production engineer, they expected applicants to have experience working in industry. Given that the majoirty of graduates do not undertake a placement year as part of their degree, this was very unreasonable. Harriet should have communicated this with her client. The worst part of my experience was the absolute lack of communication from Harriet post interview to relay her clients hiring decision and to give feedback. None of that was done. Not a single phone call or email to let me know how I had done and to give me feedback. It was only when I had written her an email and called more than 6 times that Harriet called me back. Untruthfully, she said she had tried to call me but couldn't reach me. Only feedback she gave me was 'I did not have enough experience'. Very disappointed with the whole experience given that we jobseekers spend a lot of time preparing job applications and interviews.

Outstanding team of people

Leah and the team at Hart Recruitment are fantastic. It seems hard work these days to find a reliable recruitment agency who return calls, provide feedback etc. But these guys are fabulous and goabove and beyond. Highly recommended
