A truly professional and committed team. Thanks to Mr. Khalid and his team for their professional efforts in extending our visa within two weeks. It is beyond my comprehension. Especially thanks to Miss Aiman, who showed patience with me in regard to my visa extension, despite my calling several times. She responded professionally and understands customer behavior.What a great team!!! Wishing you continued success in the future.

Worst attitude from staff. Not professional. Failed to tell my partner that I had been banned from seeing him before my visit with him!! I hadn’t answered the phone so maybe you could’ve went and told him yourself??? And it would’ve avoided him getting frustrated and getting hurt. Ambulance was called. These people are careless, they were more concerned about me leaving than a person being injured!!! It’s mind blowing . These people sleep on their job too. I’ve seen it myself

We too Sindhu immigration service for our 2 years UK Visa extension. Working with the assigned case worker Arsalan was a delight. He was extremely professional and, in every ways, provided guidance and advice that worked well for us. The whole team of SIS were very cooperative, they took genuine interest in our case and provided us feedback on how we could improvise our business for better results next time too. We have procured our extension visa in a months' time. I strongly recommend their services.

Unprofessional, Irresponsible, Lack of mutual understanding.Seeing all the reviews here gave me a mixed feelings. Back then, I approached the firm after reading the reviews, picking only the good part to read. And now, I am being somebody who leaving a mixed-feeling review about what a terrible experience I had so far.I would avoid this firm at all cost, unless you're brought in by some people you trust. I gave them my trust, and had a consultation, only to be hoarded again and again to clear my payment while not seeing anything done on my case. Worst of all? There's been no contact or whatsoever until recently when I emailed them to get a reply on the update on my case. I guess even I can move on now, after seeing their professionalism.I had a fair share of disappointment, but this firm is so far the greatest in their overachieving disappointment. Knowing how debatable" this firm is based on their google review

This is either a scam or an incredibly unprofessional service. I booked and paid for an online consultation appointment, however the zoom link attached to the e-mail didn't work. I contacted the office when I realised this prior to the appointment by phone and e-mail, and I didn't hear back on either method. I reached out asking either to reschedule my booking or get a refund as the my appointment didn't happen, and haven't heard back. I continued reaching out and have not heard anything, and they have kept my money.
