Mambo Play Centre Cardiff
One of if not the best play centre we've been to. The play area is huge and will keep the kids entertained for hours. Plenty to do an enjoy including the arcades, quad bikes and food is reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

The Fun Factory
The place itself is well equipped regarding the soft play, but there’s always staff shortage. You have to wait 20 minutes for a simple soup even if there’s no que. the food is very limited and mainly junk food. No fresh fruit or any sugar free or healthy options which is ridiculous especially as it’s a place for young people! This would be ok if you would be allowed to bring any food in but you are not. We purchased soups and drinks for ourselves to make sure we generate some additional income for them but we as offered a banana for our one year old toddlers as they were starving and didn’t want the hot dog they only sell. And we were told off by a staff member that we shouldn’t bring any food in even one banana! One of my twins has mild peanut allergy so I’m not comfortable giving him any food which are not trustable so if you have any allergies be prepared that you will need to feed your babies outside! It’s such a disappointment , we can’t really understand this point since we still spend additional money on food and drink but we don’t want to serve their limited food for our little ones. You also have to pay entry fees for adults which is another con.

Playtown Imaginary Role Play Centre
This place is a little gem- the atmosphere here is great and less chaotic than play centres. The owners are very welcoming and friendly and the variety of toys is great and they are also lovely quality. My only criticism would be some food/drink items were a little pricey-and also the wait for the food was 30 mins for 3 kids sandwiches. It was a shame as I couldn’t understand why it took so long. But otherwise it was a lovely experience.

A beautiful location and we spent the night in a well equipped 2 bedroom lodge, fabulous value for money. Great fish and chips place on site too.

Little Monkeys @ Active+
Took my 2 nearly 3 year old niece at the weekend as they have an under 5s area - lots of children knocking her around when trying to use this area, now I understand children will be children. What was more alarming is the amount of broken and missing equipment, play equipment is very dirty and large rips in areas exposing the inner stuffing. Metal pole thats padding has broken and the cover held on with tie wraps cushioned by plastic only and no padding, very unsafe given the amount of children charging around in there.Did not stay long and for the price your better off going elsewhere, very run down and tired and in my opinion unsafe, I would not be happy to let my children loose in here.

Area 51 Play Centre
Area 51 Neath is a fantastic place to take your little ones; My daughter is 2 and she loved our visit today! Staff are always welcoming and friendly, the place is always very clean and the food is amazing. We always get the sharing platter for the kids when we go as it is such good value for money and even enough for us adults too.

Berzerk Leisure
Very clean and well spaced out. Lots of different soft play for all ages. Multiple slides, big trampoline/bouncy castle style thing, dedicated area for smaller children. Refreshments available and very reasonably priced. Does get busy quickly so be sure to get here early. Highly recommended

Eldon Soft Play
Dangerous place! They have an area for babies and toddler (there is a sign up stating under 18 months) and yet this area is constantly overrun with big kids, about 7 or 8 years old, playing really dangerously and jumping aggressively in the baby/toddler ball pool. We've been 3 times due to living so locally, and every single time there have been tons of big kids jumping about, doing run and jumps into the ball pool with little babies inside!! The big kids have the entire rest of the softplay, so why are they overrunning the baby and toddler softplay too?! It's so incredibly dangerous. I have a 14 month old and didn't leave her side, this big kid ran and jumped in the pit and nearly trampled her at one point, I got her out of the way by about 1 second or she would have been trampled. The place should be sued. And the staff don't care at all, they can clearly see this happening all the time and turn a blind eye. The food also takes about 45 minutes and is pretty horrible, very overpriced for how bad it is, I wondered why I was the only one getting food but this is clearly why.
