Infectious Disease Doctor

Toilets closed! Waste area OVERFLOWN WITH GARBAGE! Disgustingly dirty tables and floors. No cleaning whatsoever!!! Unbelievable how low this branch is... it's comparable with the dirtiest Burger King branches. Totally low. Utter garbage. Avoid. I was sitting upstairs for approx 30min,when I came everything was a total mess, and in those 30min noone came up to do any kind of cleaning of tables etc, NOTHING! How is this even real? Pret used to have some standards but now it's as low as it can be. I can only hope their kitchen is cleaner, otherwise this is a serious health risk!

Placed an order via Ubereats about an hour prior to closing. Ordered a chicken caesar baguette, chipotle crisps, caramel shortbread, blonde iced latte and a berry pot. Turned up nearly an hour later and the crisps and shortbread were missing and the baguette was ham and cheese. To have not been notified that they had replaced an item is very unsafe given possible allergy risks as there was nothing to suggest this wasn’t what i had ordered. Will not be ordering again. thankfully i received a full refund from Ubereats.

I decided that as I don’t want my 15 month old to go through having a nasty bout of chicken pox and I cannot afford the time off work when he inevitably gets it(!) I would book for a private chickenpox vaccine here. Booked 48 hours before and they had lots of convenient times available. Seen quickly on arrival and Dr Gowda was lovely with my little boy and explained everything so well. The vaccine went without a hitch and no tears! Now I don’t have to worry about him getting chicken pox, hooray! Would definitely recommend this clinic.

My 6 year old went here for a blood test. Dr. Gowda was fantastic - he gently explained to my son what he needed him to do and then distracted him beautifully. It was all done in a moment but with great care and attention. To quote my son, ‘I didn’t feel it’.The day before the appointment, I received a phone call informing me what I should do in advance to make the experience as easy as possible.Fantastic all round. I will definitely use this clinic again, if required. First class service (and there is parking!). :)

I visited Dr Dan at The Wright Practice today and as usual it was a very comfortable experience. Dr Dan makes you feel very much at ease and makes it easy to discuss anything and everything.

Phenomenal service. I needed help getting a health check done on a short deadline for an overseas work assignment and the team at Travel Klinix not only fitted me in for a same day appointment, but got the results to me very soon after. Staff were lovely. Service felt like it was 'for the patient' above all else.

Came here for some vaccinations. Although they were running a little late, the doctor was aware of this and apologized. He didn't rush things, took care and made sure I understood everything. Would really recommend them (:

I’d been a patient at the previous practice and had not yet met Dr Dan. As a health care professional myself, I can honestly say that my consultation was incredibly refreshing. Dan was really diligent and so genuine that I ended up confiding in other issues that weren’t relevant to today’s consult. Kind is such a rare quality to find in one’s GP’s these days. The rooms were clean and bright and the staff were helpful and welcoming. Flawless from the second I flew in, to the minute I more calmly walked out.

I have no hesitation in recommending this practice if you are looking for a GP. The whole experience from booking to the consutation to the follow up is flawless. Dr Daniel Wright is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and reassuring. The consultation is as thorough as it needs to be. I have always left a consultation feeling reassured, cared for and satisfied that I have received the best advice and treatment plan that is required. The setting of the practice is calm, inviting and highly professional. Dr Wright also has links with local services if you need onward referral. It is clear that Dr Wright has researched these third parties and trusts their expertise- and I have always received great service at any place that has been recommended. A first class service all round.
