The Rose & Crown at Romaldkirk
Celebrated my 21st birthday here, had a fantastic meal and a large group of us were never made to feel an inconvenience in such a small venue. The service was friendly and very efficient but the real highlights were the food from lovely warm bread, an amazing sea food sharing board to start to some of the nicest hog roast sausages I’ve ever had and a beautiful brownie to finish. The wine was on the pricey side but I can’t emphasise enough how worth the journey this rural pub is

The Five Ashes Inn
I'm a pub lover, and this is my favourite. Unpretentious, friendly and just the way a village pub should be.

Would of left, but had no where else to go. Room dusty, very small bed, that was so hard we didn't really sleep. Clean bed linen and towels. Furniture missed matched and damaged. Only one bedside light worked. Floor in shower room was lifting and rucking. Loose toilet seat. Maserator toilet, so noisy! Again dusty. Could hear other people clearly.

hub by Premier Inn Edinburgh Haymarket hotel
I would definitely stay here again. The room was plenty big for my needs and it was clean and comfortable. The team working there was very welcoming and approachable. The simplicity of the check in and check out process was nice. The dining room/reception area/bar had a pleasant atmosphere, and the free coffee machine made really good espresso, better than the espresso I get in a lot of coffee shops actually. There was always a water dispenser in the reception area too and the water tasted good. I will look out for other Premier Inn Hubs in other locations in the UK for future trips as well as I like the concept.

Great beer and service, even better as it's opposite Philps bakery! Perfect place to wait for a pasty.

THE SUN INN
We didn't have a booking but we're found a table as soon as we walked in and it was busy. Having been let down by a previous pub this was a great result. The food we had was phenomenal, service was brilliant, desserts were heavenly as it was my 50th birthday this had to be without a doubt the highlight of the day, I was still full the next morning well done keep up the good workI will return for sure

The Golden Pheasant Inn
Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for a weekend break and as part of our adventure, to begin exploring the Cotswolds. We were not particularly satisfied with our stay here, having stayed in the Robin" room

The Stein Inn
Great food, great service. Only issue is that they kick you out half way through desert if your times up".Would be nice to be able to finish your meal and have a leisurely drink afterwards instead of being ushered into an extremely small snug with your kids with desert and drinks. They need to cater for locals and social drinkers rather than quick buck meals in the peak season."

The Bell Inn
The decor inside is very relaxing, the staff were efficient & friendly. The lamb kofta & smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel bar snacks were very tasty & reasonably priced. We didn't stay here, we just had lunch.
