Wow, what can I say. I tried to purchase the policy as it was the cheapest, my mistake. It was not possible to pay for the policy by card or telephone so I emailed them to say I wasn't going ahead as I became uncomfortable insuring with a company which cannot even have an app to take Payments. Now after 11 months they are emailing me to chase for payment whilst noting that I have not been covered. I should have chased for cancellation confirmation so my mistake, I was busy and didn't realise I was dealing with a shark company like this.After complaint Get Safe apologised and said I am not liable for any payments so now sorted

This scam of a company wanted to change my car insurance from £70 a month to £105 a month with no 12 years no claims, no new points. Went elsewhere and now it’s £62 a month

Last year had to claim on my policy due to my mother passing away who booked a holiday for us to go away. Staysure were no problems with the claim although not very good in the fact that had to be done online and not over the phone. Would use Staysure again due to the no hassle on claim

Zero stars if possible. The only word I can class these people as is disgusting. My wife did a quote on line which it let her do and pay for. We phoned to make some changes and update as circumstances have changed in terms of the first quote. Told we are not covered, not even been away yet and only offered 50% refund, they increased to 70% and will not issue 100% full refund for something in horrible circumstances. Enjoy your 30% towards your christmas party you absolute vultures. Disgusting for a company who specialise in this type of insurance. We had TUI wave thousands of pounds in fee's and so understanding. Some people just have zero human morals.
