Yesterday we moved our Harrod poultry cage and in doing so we lost a number of bolts securing the door hinges. I called the customer service number and enquired about replacements. The agent I spoke to quickly identified the parts we needed, was extremely helpful and the parts have arrived by first-class post this morning. That's super efficient and what I call exemplary customer service. Thank you, Harrod Horticultural.

Appalling company and customer service - they seem to think rugs shouldn't be walked on!! You can see the obvious difference in colour from day 1 - to now 8 weeks later. They are also very very thin.I bought 2 of the Glaze Tetris Geometric Modern Rugs in Silver Grey on the 15th December 2022 for over £800, they were delivered on the 19th December and put down some time that week. (they replaced lighter coloured rugs that has been down for 3 years and looked fine but i fancied a change and had some money given for a Christmas present that i used for these rugs).Over the last few weeks, i've noticed the colour of the rugs is changing where they are walked on and they are going a horrible dirty brown colour. Its happening on BOTH rugs in the spots that are walked on or where you put your feet when sitting down. One rug is under a dining table so there is a large brown area appearing where i sit maybe 3 times a week.I live alone - i don't have children or pets and i dont wear shoes in the house. I have photos that clearly show the significant change in colour (they look like they've been walked on for 5 years and are only fit for the bin - im so upset and dissapointed).This company couldn't care less. They have advised its wear and tear, down to how i've maintained both rugs and is only happening in areas that are WALKED on. It would appear they think rugs are NOT to be walked on ...i've had them for 8 weeks not 8 years...SO in summary don't buy anything from this company as once they've taken your money, the simply don't care.

Did my first shopping from their online store about a month ago. My package arrived on time and it was carefully packed, only environment-friendly materials used. There was also a note in the box, beautifully handwritten by the owner, addressed to my name. This will be my go-to online shopping place for houseware and design objects from now on. Good to see there are people who really care about their work and customers.
