AVOID I wouldn’t even give one star for the experience I have received at Carlisle jaguar, after 6 weeks having the car I have had nothing but problems with the car from the car going into limp mode twice but made out it’s my fault to how I drive the car, I have had many diesel cars in the past I have never had one problem with how I drive them or I would not have bought a diesel vehicle the car is not fit for purpose, they have done nothing to help the situation just blame, the after sales manager done nothing but tell me I needed to contact my finance company (once again putting the blame somewhere else) when I told them it was not fit for purpose. If I was to change the car I am going to be left in negative equity through no fault of my own, maybe you need to ask your customers what kind of driving they actually do if you can not drive your car how you would like to, if you would like a happy experience when buying a car and after sales please don’t use Carlisle jaguar.

Very poor experience with a company I went to because of their reputation of being professional !I had my VW Sirocco to have it diagnosed and repaired properly. The car was dropped to Leeford, at this time I knew the car had an oil leak and a misfire from looking at my driveway and seeing the oil patches and when driving I could feel the misfire.Leeford had a quick look at it told me what I knew already then charged me £122.00 for the privilege and said I'd have to rebook the car for two weeks time to have it diagnosed"! That's why I took it there in the first place.They seemed very reluctant to take on the job of actually repairing the car but then why would you when you can simply charge customers to tell them what they already know."

I called to get a repair cost for a small O2 sensor 3rd party warranty job on my F type . They promised to call back but never did and I sensed at the time they weren't interested in my business. I have previously had my SVR serviced at chester and thought I will give crewe a go for the F type. Well given they didnt come back on the warranty repair they wont be getting my servicing work. Not impressed.

Fast simple and efficient booking in process. Staff checked details of work noted on the service worksheet and made sure nothing else needed to be carried out. Staff were polite and very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. All in all an excellent booking in process.

Could not believe how great the car looked, it was like new the pictures did not do it justice. FSH low mileage and all the invoices for work done over it's little used life.Michael who assisted us with our purchase was excellent.They say they are the best priced car dealers around and they are not kidding 5*

Excellent service on my 4th vehicle from Jason at stables , brilliant seamless service including BCA collection from Konain.Even the gentlemen Dimitri who delivered the car was a young professional man , and I treated him to a traditional Punjabi breakfast for his great service.I won’t go to anybody else and highly recommend these gents.What a team!!!
