Had the most beautiful ring made by Sheila which I absolutely love. Sheila was a pleasure to deal with, really knowledgeable and helpful with ideas and suggestions without pressurising you. Have my eye on few other items but for now I'll be loving my new ring.

Bought a bracelet during their Black Friday sale (well after) through Instagram and the gentleman who dealt with my order was nothing but helpful and made the whole process so smooth. I placed my order a few days after the Black Friday sale and Nashad promised me a discount and didn’t go back on his word! I was a bit sceptical at first as I was placing the order via Instagram without visiting the store but the bracelet was genuine with the hallmark markings. Had the most fantastic morning with Ruth learning and making some beautiful jewellery of which I am very proud. Ruth is a wonderful, friendly, warm and welcoming teacher who put me completely at ease and equally her husband Steve who supplied us with cups of coffee. I shall definitely be back to add to my new collection of bespoke silver jewellery and will be bringing my friends too. A fantastic experience!

Delayed response to customers and lack of standard/modern tech modalities to confirm one's identity aside insisting on hardcopy/print copy of utility bill....they seem to forget we're already in the 21st century and using paperless copies of utility bills.

Took a watch to Rudells under warranty that was not actually purchased from Rudells (Tudor).Both Dan and Sarah were so professional and helpful.Some amazing time pieces for sale, i was really impressed.

We were given attention as soon as we entered the shop and assisted very well in our purchase by Andy, the shop assistant. I wasn't quite so pleased that I would have to wait an hour to get a new battery in my watch, last week it was only half an hour to do the same in another watch of mine.

I had my welded bracelet fitted last week and I the experience was absolutely fantastic! The team were so accommodating and lovely, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone thinking about it.
