Lucinda dealt with my case and kept me informed throughout, even when I had doubts she explained everything, to the extent that I was completely confident of the outcome. Definitely a top rated experience of which I would have no hesitation in passing on to former colleagues.

My partner had terrible service when purchasing a house. They were very slow to do anything. Charged us over £20 for sending letter. Then when they sent us a letter they did not attach stamps so we had to pay on top. Staff were rude. Took 6 months to do paper work for a sale house. Would not recommend. I feel we pay to much and got very poor service.

I have no idea why the other reviews have been poor. I have used Peter now for 2 house purchases and he has been nothing short of amazing. He has made the process very stress free and has been on the end of the phone or email whenever needed. The speed of processing the paperwork and everything else required has been exceptional. Like all this buying and selling a house takes time and patience but Peter makes this process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Peter and the team and you encourage you to ignore the reviews on here they are simply not true. Thank you very much Peter for everything you have done.
